2009 -2010 Folkstyle Registration
Registration is now closed, our room is full.

If you are a Cascade High School Wrestler and want to wrestle with us contact Michael Cuzzetto or coach Al at practice.
Registration Steps: (all Steps must be completed to begin Practice)
1.Read the USA Everett Conduct and Responsibilities Form.
2.Complete the 2009/2010 USA Everett Registration Form.
3. Complete and sign the USA Wrestling Waiver and Release from Liability Form. Please bring your signed form when you register.
4.Purchase a USA Wrestling Card. Bring a copy of your card to registration along with a copy of your birth certificate. No one will be permitted on the mat without providing a copy of their USA Card.
5. Pay your Club Fee at registration. This year’s fee will be $125.00 per wrestler for the entire season that will run through Western Regionals in June of 2010. Team Fee must be paid in order to begin practice. (Cascade HS Wrestlers see Michael Cuzzetto or Coach Al)
All registration fees and funds raised will be used for the benefit of all our wrestlers.
Team Singlets may be available at Practice. See Michael Cuzzetto at practice.
Registration will be complete and you will be able to start practice when you have:
1.Read the Conduct and Responsibilities form
2.Filled out and turned in your Registration Form
3.Signed and turned in your USA Wrestling Waiver and Release from Liability Form.
4.Provided a copy of your USA Wrestling Card and birth certificate.
5.Payed your yearly club fee,$125.00.
(If you are a wrestler from another club and want to continue to wrestle for your home club but wish to train with us 1 night or more a week, your fee is a $125.00 facility fee for the entire season. You do not need to fill out a registration form but need to provide a copy of your USA Card and sign the USA Wrestling Waiver and Release from Liability Form. Print copies and bring to practice with your facility fee)
USA Everett reserves the right to refuse membership to any Wrestler or Wrestler's parent whose attitude and/or behaviors are detrimental to the Team and the Team's goals.
