Online registration for Coaches Clinics will open in April/ May
All coches need to register online and submit their concussion training certificate in order to fulfill the requirements and receive their Certified Coaches field pass:
- Concussion training course can be found on our website, certificates that are handwritten, dated prior to 2015 or missing any information will not be accepted
- Please be sure to write/ email chapter name when submitting to ensure proper credit is given...emailing certificate is preferred
- Any person attending who does not sign in may not get credit for attending so be sure to let your coaches know to sign in upon arrival to the clinic.
- ALL COACHES MUST HAVE CHAPTER APPROVAL OR CERTIFICATION CAN BE DENIED. Please send a list of all coaches approved to attend clinic for your chapter, any discrepancies may cause delay of certification

Referee Score Cards
In order for SCJAAF to continuously work on improving game day experiences we need your input. Please take the time to fill out these scorecards and turn them in no later than Monday 5:00 pm following every game. Only scorecards that are submitted by Team Head Coaches will be accepted
