Registration for Victor Youth Lacrosse Summer Travel Tryouts for grades 3 through 6 (1st and 2nd grades will have tryouts in the Spring) is open and you can register your son(s) by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.  Registration will remain open until 2/10/2017 for 6^th Grade and 3/9/2017 for 3^rd through 5^th Grades (walk-ups will not be allowed for the tryouts, so please be sure to register).  Note that you will NOT need to log-into your account for this registration and no payment is required, at this time.

Before registering, please read through the following information:

The Victor Youth Lacrosse Summer Travel program is our Competitive Tournament Lacrosse Program, this is not the same as our Spring Recreation Lacrosse program.  These teams, at all ages, will participate in local, regional and national tournaments (tournaments are listed, below) and players are expected to participate as near to 100% in practices and tournaments, as possible.  Some of these tournaments require overnight hotel stays, which are not covered by the team fees and are the responsibility of each family.

Expected Team Composition:

·         Graduation Year Based Teams for Grades 3 (2026), 4 (2025), 5 (2024) and 6 (2023) Combined at the 1st and 2nd Grade Level

·         Number of Teams will be determined by the participants, but is expected to be:

o   2026: One Team (possibly two)

o   2025: Two Teams

o   2024: One Team

o   2023: Two Teams

·         Participants per Team will vary as a function of the tournament composition that the teams will be attending (for teams predominantly doing 10v10 tournaments, the teams will ideally have 15 to 17 players, while teams doing 8v8 tournaments will ideally have 12 to 14 players

·         Cutting players is something we try avoid, but the possibility (though remote) does exist

Team Fees:

The fees for each team will vary depending on the number of players per team, any added practice time that requires a charge, and the tournaments that the team will attend.  We will be getting new uniforms this year, as well, and the cost for those will be included in the overall price (helmets, for those who do not currently have a Victor Travel Helmet, will be available for purchase -- the cost is not included in the following fees).  Expect the fees to range from $200 to $400, depending on team, for the coming season.  These prices are estimates and may change based on participation or changes in costs.

Premier Summer League

The Premier Summer League is a competitive league comprised of travel teams from the region that is hosted in Victor during the month of June and, possibly, early July (depending on schedule).  Depending on the number of teams who choose to play in the league, we will place teams from our Travel Program in the league.  It is possible that not all teams will participate in the league.
