All coaches, team mgr, etc will need to print off these forms. The Checklist form will tell you exactly which forms you'll need to attend and when they are due. A helpful hint is to make sure all paperwork is handled well in advance of event (things go much more smooth). Please remember we will need a roster (with birthdates, positions and estimated weights) mailed in by Friday Nov. 6th. If you want to be included in the "Event Program" make sure you have your team photo in by Nov. 6th.

Also, remember to bring a copy of your roster with you at check-in and be prepared to turn in along with waivers.

ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" AND ALL COACHES MUST SIGN FOR THEIR OWN PASS. IF A COACH IS NOT LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" THEN HE WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE HIS PASS! (This applies for both Kick-Off Classic & Battle In Rocky Top).
