Dept. of Recreation Announces Arts & Crafts Registration
Mayor Mark A. Smith and Director of Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Gary S. Chmielewski have announced the Recreation Division has begun registration for the Arts & Crafts program.
Arts & Crafts, for both children and adults, runs from September through Mid June.
The sessions are as followed:
• Senior/Adult Painting and Drawing : Mondays and Fridays, 9:30am – 11:30am
• Senior/Adult Classes for Crafts : Tuesdays OR Thursdays, 9:30am – 11:30am
(You may only attend one session per week)
• Children’s Arts and Crafts Classes: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; 3pm – 4:30pm. (You may only attend one session per week)
The children’s arts & crafts classes are open for boys & girls, ages seven to fourteen.
The cost of the program for children is $25.00. The cost of the program for Seniors/Adults is $5.00.
Class sizes are limited.
When registering, a copy of the birth certificate is needed. Arts & Crafts is open to Bayonne residents only.
Arts & Crafts is held above the Story Court Library, located at 16 West 4th Street.
