Effective as of August 2009
Champions Refund Policy is as follows:
When enrolling at Champions Sports, we reserve space in our program(s) for your player, and hire our staff accordingly; therefore, while we understand that absences offer a variety of reasons, non-attendance or incidental illness will not entitle you to a refund.
Camps/Clinics/Showcases/Leagues - Once you have registered and paid for a program, Champions Lexington refund policy will be as follows:
Players that withdraw before a program begins, will be allowed to apply this payment toward a future Champions Lexington camp/program.
Players that withdraw or "no show" after the camp/clinic has begun will not receive any refund. However, your player will be entitled to any of the items that were issued at the camp just as if your player had been there. (Camp shirt, etc.)
In the case of scheduling conflicts on the customer's part during a camp, which would require you to miss part of the camp, does not entitle you to a partial refund or a makeup lesson.
Lessons - Any purchase of lessons or lesson packages are non refundable. Lesson/Packages do not expire and can be use later in the season or even future seasons. You may reschedule a reserved lesson at any time up to four hours prior to the original scheduled lesson. Late changes to the schedule (less than 4 hour notice) may result in being charge fully for the original lesson.
Medical or Family Emergency – players that have enrolled into a program and misses because of injury or family emergency; we will review the details of the request for refund and handle these issues on a case by case basis.
