2009-2010 Tryouts
2009 Player Registration Form
The 2009-2010 season have taken place and the coaches have met to pick teams. We have a total of 76 players for the new season.
We will retain the registration forms on the website for those who didn't print them out yet.
For the SCHSHL Player Registration form and fill it out and then make 3 copies of it. This way, we won't have long lines at our sign-up tables. Don't forget to check off 2009-2010 season and to put in the grade you will be in on Sept 2009. This will include the Tryout fee of $25, plus the first tuition installment.

The USA Hockey Waiver of Liability Agreement form will probably be required for tryouts. Please print, fill out make a copy and bring to tryouts.

2009-2010 USA Hockey Membership
We will once again require every player & coach to have a valid USA Hockey Membership for the 2009-2010 season. The one you used this past season will expire in August 2009 & you will need to sign up for a new one starting May 1st 2009. You must have a current USA Hockey membership to tryout and play. Look for a club-wide email stating when the link will be open for this.

E.I. Code of Conduct Agreement
Code of Conduct form
Every player & parent must read and sign this form to play in our club. You can click on the "Code Of Conduct form" label and will be able to print a copy from here. Once signed, it can be handed to your coach or any Board member.
