League Policies
Use of complex
In addition to teams that are part of our rec league and all star teams only teams whose roster is made up of at least 90% of players from the HBL 2009 season are permitted to use the complex. A list of these known teams ( now known as In League Sunday teams) along with their rosters will be provided to the Board by March 1st, 2009.
Teams whose roster is less than 90% HBL players will need special Board approval to ensure such approval is consistent with any HBL Lease provisions. If approved, a fee of $ 75 will be charged. All requests for such use will be directed to Tom Angeline, scheduling director, who will check availability. Teams must all provide proof of insurance.
League Managers
Managers who pull players from HBL during a spring or summer time period to play outside the League is not permitted to manage the following season. Coaches who are part of this team will be considered on a case by case basis.
