Minisink Valley Youth Football & Cheer has opened Online Registration. To begin your registration, please read the instructions below before starting to help you navigate through the registration with our new system.
If you are not going to pay online please setup your family, add your players but DO NOT check out. Then come in to registration day and pay in person.
1. Click on the Registration Link below after reading all instructions
2. On the registration page, click ‘Create New Account’; if you’ve already created an account, then you may login, or request to have your login sent to you
3. You will first enter the main parent/guardian on the account; this person will be the main point of contact with any information coming from MVYFL; you will also set your own login for the family account
4. After the initial parent/guardian is added you will be at your family account page. Next you will need to ‘+Add Parent/Guardian’ to the account and then continue with ‘+Add Child’
a. The family account can have multiple parents/guardians and multiple children.
5. Once the family account has all members added, you can start to register for any open programs simply by click ‘Register as a Player’ next to the child’s name
a. This will take you through a few selection screens, at which point you will have to agree to the Terms of Service for MVYFL and SportsPilot, fill out the remaining registration form, and verify that all the information you are submitting is correct.
6. After you submit information for each registrant, you will return to the family account home page, and will now have a red box stating that there are ‘Items Pending for Checkout’
a. You can register all members of the family before continuing to the checkout page
7. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button.
***If you are registering more than one child please read below to REQUEST YOUR FAMILY DISCOUNT***
a. If you have more than one player in the same age brackets (i.e. 2 mighty mites, or 3 division 1-3), please choose the radio button next to alternate payment option on the checkout screen to “request a family discount”
b. This will send an email to MVYFL to request approval. Once your account is approved for the family discount (please allow 24 hours for processing), you will receive an email back from MVYFL to add your payment, in order to finalize your registration
8. If you are NOT requesting a family discount for more than one child, simply put in your credit card information and hit submit.
