Remember that All rosters must be completed in the roster software this year. As participants enroll in your programs, you can begin verifing their information. New participants can be enrolled. You do not have to assign them to a team until later. Remember that participants from previous years maintain their information. If their information stays the same, then you only need to update grades, weight and assign them to a team. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.

ROSTERS NEED TO BE IN THE SYSTEM PRIOR TO JAMBOREE

After sending your roster for approval, you may still drop or add players until Thursday, October 1, 2009. After this date, the Roster is officially locked down, and you may only Drop players.

Manual MPR Help

MPRs can not be generated in the League One Roster Software until the roster has been approved by the League. If your roster is not approved prior to Jamboree you will need to manual prepare the MPR from the Excell version of the form.

The Manual MPR Help guide was created to assit in extracting rostered player information from the Roster program and manually input into the Excel version of the Mandatory Play Reports.
