Minutes from Organizational meeting Monday, April -27th, at 7:00pm at Parma Senior High School in the cafeteria.
1.) Roll call

2.) Minutes from preceding meeting are posted on our web site.
Jeff Goetz made a motion to accept the minutes.
Seconded by Tamara Harbaugh.

3.) Treasurers report was not given by Denise Robinson as she was unable to attend the meeting.
4.) Reports from committees. No committees at this time.
5.) Reports from officers. None at this time
6.) Old and unfinished business
Vacant positions to be filled are Secretary and Parent Representative.
No nominations were acepted for the position of Secretary at this time.
Karen Silberhorn nominated Diane Hartman for the Parent Representative position. And seconded by Jeff Goetz. Diane Hartman accepts the nomination.

Diane Hartman is now our Parent Representative.
7.) New business
Tamara Harbaugh summitted in writing a proposed amendment to Article VIII-Rules and Guidlines. The purpose of the amendment is to help keep players cost low. The amendment is as follows. Article VIII- Rules and Guidlines, number 18: Players uniforms will be worn for 2 years, any uniform needing replaced before the 3rd year will be at the cost of the player to replace out of their own pocket.
Amendment was discussed.
Jeff Goetz made a motion to accept the amendment.
Daine Hartman seconded the motion.

Amendement; Article VIII- Rules and Guidlines, number 18. Passes
Jeff Goetz sumitted an Amendement to; Article VIII- Rules and Guidlines, number 19. Uniforms will now include home and away jerseys starting in 2010.

Todd Harbaugh discussed the need for dirt for both the infield and outfield at Shiloh, since we will be playing home games there again this year.
Daine Hartman made a motion to spend no more then $1500 to buy dirt for both the infield and outfield.
Jeff Goetz Seconded the motion.

Todd Harbaugh discussed that he added 4 more teams to our tournament, to be able to buy a homerun fence for Shiloh. Homerun fence that is black in color was voted on.

Black Homerun fence passed.
Vincent Lanza discussed how he would like to have our organization do the 4th of July Parade again this year, as this is how he and his daughter learned about the Wildcats. He also volunteered to organize the parade event for our organization.
Discussed was nationals. Any team of our organization that wishes to go to nationals after they play in our tournament may go to nationals if they so choose. Everyone needs to talk this over with the teams, any fundraising needed to help pay for going would need to be set up in June.
12u is being held in York PA. on 7/23/2009 - 7/26/2009. 16u is being held in Sterling, VA on 8/5/2009 - 8/9/2009.
