GIRLS CLUB LACROSSE TEAMS
Club lacrosse teams give players a great opportunity to play after the youth recreation league season ends, from May though February creating year-round lacrosse while learning additional skills and game knowledge from some of the best coaches in the sport of womens lacrosse. These club teams schedules are designed not conflict with the normal spring youth lacrosse programs. They all have practices on the weekends throughout the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan areas. The club teams participate in several large college recruiting tournaments (e.g. National Draw, Allstar Express) from June - November with time off in August for vacations before school starts. These tournaments are held throughout the mid Atlantic area including NJ, PA, and MD. You need to be ready to participate in up to 4 hours of tryouts for some of these club teams. Teams are based on your high school graduation year (e.g. 2010, 2011, 2012) If you love to play lacrosse and want to improve your game then you should seriously consider one of the many great club lax programs that we have in this area. CHECK-HERS ELITE LACROSSE CLUB Based in Westminster are of Carroll County. Website and tryout information are posted on club's website www.checkherselite.org
FREDERICK STARSFrederick County HS and MS based club, part of the Galaxy League of club teams. Tryouts for this club team are in December, information is posted on the club website www.frederickstarslax.com

HERO's TOURNAMENT LACROSSE TEAM (Howard County) This program has ties to the best Baltimore area high school lax programs. Tryouts are usually in February. Only 1 team for each level which is graduation year. Information online at www.heroslax.org
M&D LACROSSE CLUB Club website is www.mndlax.com This program has very close ties to the Mt. Hebron girls lax program (current & former coaches) and McDonogh School. Part of Galaxy Lacrosse League. Tryouts for this program are in mid February. Two-three teams for each level. Information online at www.mndlax.com
ULTIMATE PLAYHER This is the Playher Sports elite lax team, information available online at PlayHer SPorts website. One team at the high school level.
