Thanks to all our wrestlers that sold Pies for our Tournament fundraiser. We sold 339 pies. The Pies will be delivered on November 22nd at Centennial High School between 5pm-5:30pm. Please make sure you can handle all your pies. We do not have a place to store them. Thanks again for supporting Team Vegas Wrestling.

SNWA LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!!
Great Job to all our wrestlers and coaches for taking the league title for overall team points combined through all the tournaments this year. With only an average of 45 kids a tournament we showed it wasn't numbers but our top 6 placers at each tournament.
Now we are taking the show on the road to USA State, Regionals, and Nationals. Starting with a trip to Salt Lake this Friday to wrestle at the Mountain Top Classic. What a great season!!
Beehive Brawl 2011
Team Vegas attended the UtahNationals. We came in 5th place overall out of over 100 teams. Only a few points away from taking 3rd. Results and pics soon
Team Vegas in Cali!!

What a great weekend for Team Vegas Wrestling. On Saturday our wrestlers rode every roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm, Over and Over. With great weather and no lines, this was a great time for our kids and parents to enjoy Cali and hang out with teamates.
Then off to wrestling on Sunday. I think the CAGWA kids were a little upset we were there. Team Vegas had 24 kids that wrestled between 8 to 13 matches each. Taking 1st-3rd in almost every group. We kicked Butt!! Check the Shutterfly site for pics and videos. Results up soon!
Crusader Classic
Team Vegas Would like to thank Faith Lutheran for hosting thr Crusader Classic this Saturday.
Even with Team Vegas missing over 30 kids at the tournament we still took first place in team points. With almost half the team placing in the top 3 spots. Great Job Wrestlers! Thank you coaches for always showing your integrity and character and being a great example for our kids. Next up Jacobs Challenge!!

NUWAY Tournament
On October 30th & 31st NUWAY hosted a tournament at Bally's. Our kids did a great job wrestling tough out of town competition. Check out Dawson wrestling a California Kid. Results will be up soon.
UFC Fighter Grey Maynard Visits Team Vegas

UFC Fighter Grey Maynard attended the Shadow Ridge practice on Thursday the 19th. Grey is not only a UFC fighter, he also wrestled at Michigan State. Gray was national champion his senior year, earning All-State and All-American honors while leading his team to an undefeated season and a number one ranking in the nation. Randell Allman a 4x Nevada State Champion and former Arizona State wreslter was also there. Team Vegas would like to thank you for your support.
