Summer Pick-up Baseball Games for Kids:

  • Runs from late June to late August, every Monday and Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Upper #2 (the corner of Stevenson Lane and Stanmore Road).
  • Whoever shows up, plays
  • The kids (usually from ages 5 to 18yo) pick the teams and make the rules. Adults are not allowed to participate. Kids make the decisions and hone their social skills.
  • FREE. Registration not required
  • Bring your bat, glove, ball, water, ice and a love of the game.
  • Catchers equipment and batters helments will be provided.

  • Whoever shows up, plays
  • FREE. Registration not required
  • Games are played on the Upper fields located on the corner of Stanmore Rd and Stevenson behind Rodgers Forge ES
  • Bring your bat, glove, ball, water, ice and a love of the game.
  • Catchers equipment and batters helments will be provided.
  • Libations after the game over at Souris Saloon located at the Towson traffic circle.

College Summer Baseball Games

  • College wood bat summer baseball is back.
  • The Baltimore Redbirds is the local team in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League.
  • Home games are played at Calvert Hall "under the lights" 6:30pm at Carlo Crispino Baseball Stadium, located at the corner of LaSalle Rd & Putty Hill Ave. It's FREE.

Local Minor League Teams:

  • It takes just 45 minutes to travel to Bowie to see Bowie Baysox, Frederick to see the Frederick Keys and Aberdeen to see the Ironbirds.
  • Both offer general admission is CHEAP, starting at around $10.
  • On a lot of Friday or Saturday nights they have FIREWORKS !!



Local College Ball for FREE:

Fall Baseball:

  • Runs from early September through early November, every Sunday afternoon. Each game is slotted for 2 hours.
  • This is the 3rd year for this joint effort between Roland park, Towsontowne and TRC
  • Registration will be held in early September at the baseball fields behind Gilman and Roland Park ES on W. Northern Parkway and Roland avenue.
  • Teams will be formed that day followed by a short practice and a game.
  • $25 pays for the T-shirt. Checks payable to RPBL (Roland Park Baseball League)
