Registration for the 2009 Venice Vikings Cheer and Football Teams will be held
1001 Pinebrook Road Venice, FL 34292
We will be registering football players and cheerleaders Tuesday and Thursday nights during conditioning camps. Please come to the board room to register or turn in outstanding paperwork.
Registration is open to returning participants ages 5 - 15.
Space is limited and provided on a first come/first served basis.

All participants will be required to provide:
1) a completed and signed Participant Contract form (available on this website
or at the field)
2) a current physical on the Pop Warner form provided on this website
3) a copy of an original birth certificate
4) a final report card for the 2008-2009 school year
Participants should be present with a parent/guardian at registration.
The participant will need to have their photo taken during registration.
All football players will be weighed during registration to determine their team placement.
The parent/guardian will need to sign the forms. Payment is expected at the time of registration.

Registration cost for football is $200 and cheer is $225. Discounts are available for families with three (3) or more participants. Scholarships are available for those in need. Please send any questions please contact the Vikings at veniceviking@hotmail.com
