Concord Cannons Hall of Fame

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Concord Cannons Athletic Hall of Fame is to select and honor outstanding student athletes who have distinguished themselves in personal or public endeavors, people who have contributed significantly either to the development of these athletes or to the excellence of the athletic program, and teams who by their record on the playing field, have provided the Cannons program with lasting leadership and success.

Individual Criteria

•Individuals must have played a minimum of 2 seasons in the Concord Cannons program.
•Have distinguished themselves by their outstanding athletic participation
•Serve as examples of outstanding character, courage and leadership which the program seeks to develop.
•Continued after playing in the program to distinguish themselves to their organizations through outstanding achievement.

Team Criteria

•Teams, which have distinguished themselves on the playing field (outstanding win- loss record, league championship)

•Individuals or teams will be eligible for selection 3 years after playing in the Cannons program.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

•Selections will be made once a year starting in 2012 by the Cannons directors and former and current coaching staff.

INDUCTION CEREMONY

•The induction ceremony date will be established by the selection committee
•Nominees selected for induction shall be present at the ceremony
•An 8 x 10 picture of the inductees will be displayed at Concord Sports Center
•Inductees will receive a plaque at the time of their induction
•Team members will receive a Hall of Fame Certificate

Those who wish to nominate a Cannons coach, player or team for induction into the Concord Cannons Athletic Hall of Fame may do so by mailing a letter of nomination and supporting information to: Bryan Caruso, Concord Sports Center, 2 Whitney Rd, Concord, NH 03301.

•Self-nominations to the Concord Cannons Hall of Fame will NOT be accepted.
