Saturday, August 8th:  The Titans started their last tournament of the season (the Tom Donahee Memorial in Philadelphia, New York) by defeating Lowville 15-0 in a shortened 5-inning game.

The score was only 1-0 after 2 innings, but in the bottom of the third, the Titans plated 8 runs on 4 hits, 3 walks and 3 Lowville errors.  After a scoreless fourth, they then added 6 more in the fifth to seal their opponent's fate. 

Marc-André Fleury (5 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 3 BB, 6 K) faced only 19 hitters over 5 innings and recorded a 2-hit shutout.  Eitan Maoz (3/3, 2 2B, 2 RBI, 1 SB) and Jamal Gittens (1/2, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 BB, 3 RBI) led the Titans' offence. 

The second game of the day featured another strong pitching performance.  Tyler Durward (7 IP, 1 R, 0 ER, 1 H, 4 BB, 10K) carried a no-hitter into the seventh before giving up a single and picked up a complete game one-hit victory over Sackets Harbor.  All the scoring in the game took place in the fourth inning.  Opportune singles by Jamal Gittens and John Cameron produced 3 runs for the Titans.  Sackets Harbor came back with an unearned run in the bottom of the inning. 

Dominic Laforge (1/1, 1 R, 1 2B, 2 BB) reached base 3 times.  John Cameron (2/4, 1 RBI) had 2 of the Titans' 6 hits.  Jamal Gittens (1/4, 2 RBI) drove in the first 2 Titans' runs.

Sunday, August 9th:  In their first game on Sunday, the Titans held a 5-0 lead when Pulaski came to bat in the bottom of the fourth inning.  Call-up Brendan Quinn, who replaced starter Thomas Rodrigues in the third, was then touched for 2 runs (one scoring on an outfield error).  In the top of the fifth, Anthony Marandola's triple followed by RBI singles by François Blanchard, Marc-André Fleury and Jamal Gittens added 3 runs to give the team an 8-2 lead.  But Pulaski scored 4 runs on 3 hits, a walk and 3 Titans' errors in the bottom of the inning.

The Titans immediately came back with 2 runs on a walk to Eitan Maoz, a triple by Dominic Laforge and a single by Anthony Marandola to bring the score to 10-6.  But Pulaski then pounded out 5 hits against Quinn and put 3 more runs on the board to cut the Titans' lead to one run.  François Blanchard tripled with one out in the top of the seventh and scored on Jamal Gittens' sacrifice fly, so that Pulaski came up for its last at-bat behind by 2 runs.  Anthony Marandola came on to pitch and was the victim of a pair of costly infield errors before yielding 3 consecutive singles which led to a 12-11 loss.

Nine of the Titans' 11 hits were furnished by 4 players:  François Blanchard (3/5, 3 R, 1 3B, 1 RBI), Jamal Gittens (2/2, 1 R, 2 RBI, 2 BB, 1 SB, 1 SF), John Cameron (2/5, 1 3B, 2 RBI) and Anthony Marandola (2/3, 1 R, 1 3B, 1 BB, 2 RBI).  Dominic Laforge (1/3, 1 R, 1 3B, 1 BB, 2 RBI) drove in 2 runs.  Marc-André Fleury (1/2, 3 R, 1 RBI, 3 BB, 1 SB) reached base 4 times.  Thomas Rodrigues (2 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 1 BB, 1 K) pitched 2 scoreless innings.

The Titans fell behind early in their last game of the season.  Starter Daniel Kost-Stephenson conceded 4 runs (on 4 hits and 2 walks) to Oneonta in the first inning.  The team picked up a run in the top of the second when Kevin Shelton crossed the plate on Dominic Laforge's sacrifice fly.  But Oneonta also scored in the second and, when both teams added a single run in the third, the Titans found themselves behind 6-2.  Marc-André Fleury, who had replaced Daniel Kost-Stephenson with 2 outs in the third, proceeded to shut Oneonta down for the remainder of the game.  The Titans then picked up a run in the fifth on Thomas Rodrigues' RBI single.  Although they plated a run in the seventh on another RBI single by Rodrigues, their rally fell short and they took a 6-4 loss. 

The Montreal offence featured 2-hit games from Marc-André Fleury (2/3, 1 SB), Kevin Shelton (2/4, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 SB), Thomas Rodrigues (2/4, 2 RBI) and Anthony Marandola (2/2, 1 R, 2 BB, 1 SB).  Daniel Kost-Stephenson (2 2/3 IP, 6 R, 6 ER, 6 H, 5 BB, 1 K) took the loss.  Marc-André Fleury (3 1/3 IP, 0 R, 1 H, 3 BB, 3 K) pitched well in relief.

Saturday, August 1st:  This doubleheader against Brockville at Trudeau Park featured 2 Titans' comeback wins, both by 6-5 scores. 

In the first game, the score was 2-2 at the end of the first inning.  Both teams encountered some pitching and defensive difficulties which, in the case of the Titans, continued into the second inning and allowed Brockville to take a 3-2 lead.  Starter Brodie Somerville shut the Bunnies down in the third, but they put 2 runs on the board against reliever Marc-André Fleury in the fourth.  An RBI double by Thomas Rodrigues, a productive groundout by Jamal Gittens and an RBI single by Kevin Shelton permitted the Titans to rally for 3 runs in the sixth to tie the game.  Daniel Kost-Stephenson, who pitched a scoreless sixth, then had a quick 3-up 3-down seventh inning.  The Titans' first hitter in the seventh, Anthony Marandola, drew a walk and eventually scored the winning run on John Cameron's one-out single.

Thomas Rodrigues (2/3, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 RBI) and John Cameron (2/4, 1 R, 1 RBI) both had 2-hit games.  Reliever Daniel Kost-Stephenson (2 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 1 BB, 1 K) picked up the win.

Kevin Shelton (2/3, 1 R, 1 RBI) had a 2-hit game.  Thomas Rodrigues (1/4, 1 2B, 2 RBI) drove in 2 of the Titans' runs.  Eitan Maoz (1/1, 1 R, 1 RBI, 2 BB, 1 HBP) reached base 4 times.  Tyler Durward (4 IP, 0 R, 3 H, 2 BB, 6 K) received credit for the win.

samedi, le 25 juillet:  Pour commencer leur visite annuelle à la région métropolitaine de New York, les Titans se sont mésurés aux Brooklyn Cardinals.  Limitée à un seul coup sûr au début de la partie, l'équipe à tout de même entamé la troisième manche avec une avance de 3-0.  Mais au début de cette manche, les Cardinals ont profité de 4 buts sur balles et une erreur de l'avant-champ des Titans pour compter 5 points sur seulement 2 simples.  L'attaque des Titans n'a jamais trouvé de moyen pour se remettre en marche:  l'équipe n'a pas réussi un coup sûr après la troisième manche.  Brooklyn a ajouté un point sur 2 coups sûrs à la cinquième et la partie s'est terminée 6-3.

Le partant Brodie Somerville (7 ML, 6 P, 5 PM, 5 CS, 4 BB, 4 K), qui n'a connu qu'une seule manche difficile, a écopé de la défaite.  Jamal Gittens (1/3, 1 P, 1 PP, 1 BB) et Marc-André Fleury (1/2, 1 BB) ont obtenu les coups sûrs des Titans. 

Dans la partie suivante, un simple de Eitan Maoz a permis aux Titans de prendre une avance de 1-0 sur Carteret.  Mais le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson, qui n'avait pas accordé un seul coup sûr jusque-là, a permis aux quatre frappeurs auxquels il a fait face au début de la quatrième de se rendre sur les buts.  Il a été remplacé par Marc-André Fleury, qui a obtenu un retrait sur des prises avant d'accorder le troisième point de la manche.  Fleury a ensuite été touché pour un autre point à la cinquième.  Après avoir encore permis à Carteret de marquer à la sixième, il a laissé sa place à Corrado Paternostro, qui a obtenu les 2 derniers retraits de la manche.  Les Titans ont ensuite compté une fois à la sixième pour porter le match à 5-2.  Paternostro a fermé la porte à Carteret au début de la septième et, à leur dernier tour au bâton, les montréalais ont réussi une belle remontée.  Grâce surtout à des coups sûrs opportuns de Eitan Maoz, Kevin Shelton et Jamal Gittens (qui a frappé un double bon pour le point de la victoire), les Titans ont gagné 6-5.

Jamal Gittens (2/4, 1 2B, 1 3B 1 PP), Eitan Maoz (2/4, 1 3B, 1 P, 3 PP) et Kevin Shelton (2/4, 1 P, 1 2B, 1 PP) ont tous frappé 2 coups sûrs.  Corrado Paternostro (1 2/3 ML, 0 P, 0 CS, 1 BB, 2 K), qui a fourni de bon travail en relève, a mérité la victoire.

dimanche, le 26 juillet:  La journée suivante, les Titans ont disputé un match très serré contre Jersey City PAL.  Dans la première manche, un double bon pour 2 points de Anthony Marandola et une erreur de l'arrêt-court rival ont permis aux montréalais de prendre une avance de 3-0.  Mais, à l'aide d'un but sur balles, 2 coups sûrs et un peu de générosité de l'avant-champ des Titans, Jersey City a égalisé le match à la deuxième.  Les Titans ont compté un point sans frapper un coup sûr à la quatrième.  Ensuite, Marc-André Fleury a marqué sur un optionnel à la cinquième pour porter le compte à 5-3.  Le partant Tyler Durward (7 ML, 4 P, 2 PM, 7 CS, 3 BB, 7 K) a accordé un circuit en solo à la sixième, mais il a blanchi Jersey City à la septième pour mériter une victoire de 5-4.  Les Titans n'ont frappé que 5 coups sûrs dans ce match:  3 simples et des doubles de Anthony Marandola et Félix Veilleux.

Dans la dernière partie de la fin de semaine, les Titans ont inscrit un gain de 5-1 aux dépens de West Orange.  Le partant Sam Lamothe (7 ML, 1 P, 1 PM, 4 CS, 3 BB, 7 K) a lancé un match complet très solide, ne permettant aucun coup sûr de plus d'un but à la adversaire.  Les Titans ont inscrit 4 points au tableau à la deuxième manche:  Anthony Marandola s'est distingué au bâton avec un triple bon pour 2 points dans cette poussée offensive de son équipe.  Marc-André Fleury (0/1, 1 P, 1 PP, 2 BB) et François Blanchard (1/3, 1 P, 1 PP) ont aussi produit des points chez les Titans.

Friday, July 17th:  The Titans' only loss in the Can Am Tournament came in their first game.  Team New Era scored 2 runs in its first at bat.  The Titans tied the game in the top of the second on Marc-André Fleury's 2 RBI single, but New Era came back to take the lead on 3 consecutive singles in the bottom of that inning.  Then New Era chased starter Daniel Kost-Stephenson (3 IP, 5 R, 4 ER, 6 H, 4 BB, 2 K, 1 HB) in the fourth.  The Titans' starter left the game with men on first and third and no outs.  Reliever Brodie Somerville then gave up a pair of singles to permit these 2 runners to score before settling down to shut out the opposition for the rest of the contest.  The Titans added another run on Marc-André Fleury's 2-out RBI single in the seventh, but sustained a 5-3 loss.  The team only had 3 hits: 2 singles by Marc-André Fleury and a single by Kevin Shelton. 

Saturday, July 18th:  The remainder of the tournament featured extremely strong Titans' pitching.  In the second game, Sam Lamothe's solid performance (7 IP, 2 R, 0 ER, 7 H, 1 BB, 8 K, 3 HB) led the team to a 3-2 win over BullettProof.

The Titans scored single runs in the second (a sacrifice fly by Kevin Shelton scoring Thomas Rodrigues), the fourth (a steal of home by John Cameron) and the fifth (a single by Rodrigues scoring Anthony Marandola.  BullettProof put 2 unearned runs on the board in the sixth, but the Titans' starter shut them out in the seventh to preserve his victory.

Anthony Marandola (2/2, 1 2B, 1 R, 1 BB), Thomas Rodrigues (1/2, 1 R, 1 RBI, 1 BB), John Cameron (1/1, 1 R, 2 BB, 1 SB) and Kevin Shelton (1/2, 1 RBI, 1 SF, 1 SB) accounted for all the team's offence. 

In the third game of the tournament, the only run allowed by starter Marc-André Fleury (5 IP, 1 R, 0 ER, 5 H, 2 BB, 3 K) scored on a passed ball in the fourth.  Brodie Somerville finished up the last inning of this six inning game by retiring the three hitters he faced and the Titans secured a 7-1 win against the Niagara Purple Eagles.  The team had taken a quick 2-0 lead in the first when Eitan Maoz and Thomas Rodrigues both recorded RBIs.  It then added 2 more runs in the third:  Kevin Shelton tripled and scored on Anthony Marandola's sacrifice fly, then John Cameron  singled and later scored on Eitan Maoz' single.  The Titans added more insurance runs in the fifth and the sixth.  Their 10 hit attack was led by Kevin Shelton (2/4, 1 3B, 1 R, 1 RBI) and John Cameron (2/3, 2 R, 1 BB).  Eitan Maoz (2/4) drove in 2 runs; 5 other Titans each had 1 RBI.

Sunday, July 19th:  In the championship game, a big late-inning comeback supported a superb complete game from left-hander Tyler Durward (7 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 H, 5 BB, 12 K, 1 HB).  Team New Era scored in the first inning, but Dominic Laforge's RBI single tied the game in the second.  New Era came back with a run in the third and the game remained 2-1 until the top of the seventh.  The Titans then plated 5 runs on only 4 singles.  In this inning, Dominic Laforge drew a walk with the bases loaded to tie the game.  The go ahead run scored when the next hitter, Félix Veilleux, singled.  With a 6-2 lead, Tyler Durward then easily retired the 3 batters he faced in the botton of the seventh to record the victory. 

Kevin Shelton (1/3, 2 RBI, 1 BB, 1 SB) and Dominic Laforge (1/2, 1 R, 2 RBI, 1 BB) led the Titans' run production.  Both Félix Veilleux (2/2, 1 R, 1 RBI, 1 BB, 1 HB) and Anthony Marandola (2/4) had 2 hit games.

We also want to congratulate Jamal Gittens, who won the base running contest in the individual skills competition on Saturday afternoon.

vendredi, le 17 juillet:  Les Titans n'ont subi qu'une seule défaite au tournoi Can Am à Hamilton, Ontario:  faisant face à l'équipe Times New Era, ils ont encaissé un revers de 5-3 dans leur premier match.  New Era a marqué 2 points à sa première présence au bâton.  Mais au début de la deuxième, un simple bon pour 2 points de Marc-André Fleury a permis aux Titans d'égaliser la partie.  New Era a vite répliqué, comptant un point sur 3 simples consécutifs à la fin de la même manche.  Le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (3 ML, 5 P, 4 PM, 6 CS, 4 BB, 2 K, 1 FA) a subséquemment connu des problèmes à la quatrième, quittant le match avec 2 coureurs sur les buts sans avoir enrégistré un retrait.  Le releveur Brodie Somerville a ensuite concédé 2 simples, permettant à l'adversaire de porter le compte à 5-2 avant de le mater pour le reste de la partie.  Les Titans n'ont pas été capable de ratrapper leur adversaire, leur seul point additionel étant produit par un simple de Marc-André Fleury après 2 retraits à la septième manche. 

L'équipe n'a frappé que 3 coups sûrs:  2 simples de Marc-André Fleury et un simple de Kevin Shelton.

samedi, le 18 juillet:   Les lanceurs partants des Titans ont donné le ton aux trois autres matchs du tournoi.  Dans la deuxième partie, une performance solide de Sam Lamothe (7 ML, 2 P, 0 PM, 7 CS, 1 BB, 8 K, 3 FA) a mené l'équipe à une victoire de 3-2 sur BullettProof.

Les Titans ont compté leurs points dans 3 manches distinctes:  la deuxième (un ballon sacrifice de Kevin Shelton qui fait marquer Thomas Rodrigues), la quatrième (un vol du marbre par John Cameron) et la cinquième (un simple de Thomas Rodrigues qui fait marquer Anthony Marandola).  BullettProof a coupé l'avance à 3-2 grâce à 2 points non-mérités à la sixième, mais le partant des Titans a fermé la porte à l'adversaire à la septième pour préserver sa propre victoire.  Anthony Marandola (2/2, 1 2B, 1 P, 1 BB), Thomas Rodrigues  (1/2, 1 P, 1 PP, 1 BB), John Cameron (1/1, 1 P, 2 BB, 1 BV) et Kevin Shelton (1/2, 1 PP, 1 SAC, 1 BV) ont généré toute l'offensive montréalaise.

Dans la troisième partie du tournoi, le partant Marc-André Fleury (5 ML, 1 P, 0 PM, 5 CS, 2 BB, 3 K) n'a accordé qu'un seul point à l'adversaire (et cela sur une balle passée à la quatrième manche) en 5 manches de travail.  Le releveur Brodie Somerville a retiré les 3 frappeurs auxquels il a fait face à la sixième et les Titans ont inscrit un gain de 7-1 (dans une partie de 6 manches) aux dépens des Niagara Purple Eagles. 

À l'aide des points produits par Eitan Maoz et Thomas Rodrigues, les montréalais ont pris une avance de 2-0 à la première manche.  Ils ont ajouté 2 points à la troisième grâce aux points produits de Anthony Marandola et Eitan Maoz.  Suite au point non-mérité marqué par les Eagles à la quatrième, les Titans sont encore revenus à la charge, marquant 2 fois à la cinquième et une fois à la sixième.  Kevin Shelton (2/4, 1 3B, 1 P, 1 PP) et John Cameron (2/3, 2 P, 1 BB) ont mené leur attaque de 10 coups sûrs.  Eitan Maoz a produit 2 points et 5 joueurs ont chacun produit un point.

dimanche, le 19 juillet:  Une belle remontée à la fin de la partie du championnat a récompensé un superbe effort du partant Tyler Durward (7 ML, 2 P, 2 PM, 4 CS, 5 BB, 12 K, 1 FA). 

Malgré une belle performance, le gaucher s'est retrouvé tirant de l'arrière 2-1 au début de la septième manche face à l'équipe Times New Era.  Il avait permis un point à la première et un autre point à la troisième, mais n'avait accordé qu'un seul coup sûr au cours des 3 manches suivantes.  Au début de la septième, les Titans ont réussi à marquer 5 points sur seulement 4 simples.  Dominic Laforge, qui avait produit le seul point des Titans jusqu'à cette manche, a soutiré un but sur balle avec des buts remplis pour égaliser le match.  Félix Veilleux a ensuite produit le point que s'est avéré le point de la victoire, frappant un simple avec des buts encore remplis.  Fort d'une avance de 6-2, Tyler Durward a facilement terminé le match pour préserver sa propre victoire.

Félix Veilleux (2/2, 1 P, 1 PP, 1 BB, 1 FA) et Anthony Marandola (2/4) ont chacun frappé 2 coups sûrs.  Kevin Shelton (1/3, 2 PP, 1 BB, 1 BV) et Dominic Laforge (1/2, 1 P, 2 PP, 1 BB) ont mené la production offensive des Titans.

Saturday, July 11th:  On their first day in Norfolk, the Titans lost a close extra-inning game to the New Hampshire Storm 6-5.  The Storm put 2 runs on the board in the bottom of the first.  The Titans then cut the deficit to 2-1 on Jimi Audain's third inning RBI single.  Both teams added 2 runs in the fourth.  Then, in the top of the fifth, Eitan Maoz' one-out solo homerun tied the game and Dominic Laforge's two-out RBI double put the Titans up by a run.  But the Storm came back immediately to tie the game in the bottom of that inning.  The situation remained the same until the bottom of the tenth when New Hampshire plated a run against reliever Marc-André Fleury (1,1 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 4 H, 3 BB, 2 K) with one out.

After an unsteady beginning, and some further trouble in the middle innings, starter Sam Lamothe (8 IP, 5 R, 5 ER, 10 H, 5 BB, 3 K, 1 HBP) was solid in innings sixth through eight.  Eitan Maoz (3/4, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 HR, 1 RBI, 1 BB, 1 HBP) added power to the Titans' 12-hit attack.  Jimi Audain, Anthony Marandola and Marc-André Fleury each had 2 hits.

Sunday, July 12th:  Brodie Somerville (7 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 4 BB, 2 K, 1 HBP) turned in an exceptional performance against Malone, pitching a no-hit shut-out to lead the Titans to a 2-0 victory.  The game was scoreless until the sixth, when Jimi Audain walked and scored on a defensive meltdown by Malone.  The Titans added an insurance run in the seventh:  Félix Veilleux doubled and scored on Sam Lamothe's single.  The Titans' only other hit was a sixth inning single by Jamal Gittens. 

The game against the Ogdensburg Maples turned out to be a difficult start for Daniel Thaw, who left after 2 2/3 innings with the Titans behind 9-1.  Marc-André Fleury shut Ogdensburg down on one hit over the last 4 1/3 innings, but his team was unable to put another run on the board.  Jamal Gittens (2/3, 1 2B, 1 R), Sam Lamothe (2/3, 1 2B, 1 RBI) and Eitan Maoz (2/3) accounted for 6 of the Titans' 8 hits.

In the last game of the Norfolk Tournament, the opponent Brockville Bunnies put a run on the board in the bottom of the first, but the Titans came back with 2 runs in the top of the third on Thomas Rodrigues' 2-run single.  Then, in their next turn at bat, they added to this lead, sending 11 hitters to the plate and profiting from 4 walks and a hit batter to score 5 runs on only 2 hits.  Titans' starter Tyler Durward (7 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 7 H, 2 BB, 6 K) was in control of the game, allowing only 1 run after the first inning and his team coasted to a 7-2 win.

Thomas Rodrigues (3/4, 1 2B, 3 RBI) had a solid day at the plate.  Anthony Marandola (1/3, 1 R, 1 BB, 1 RBI) and Félix Veilleux (1/3, 1 R, 1 BB, 1 RBI) had the Titans' only other hits in this game.

samedi, le 11 juillet:  Les Titans se sont rendus à Norfolk, New York, pour un petit tournoi de fin de semaine.  Dans leur première rencontre, ils se mesuraient au New Hampshire Storm.  Leur adversaire a compté 2 points à la première manche, mais à la troisième, un simple de Jimi Audain a fait compter Dominic Laforge pour réduire l'avance à 2-1.  Les deux équipes ont chacun marqué 2 fois à la quatrième.  Ensuite, à la cinquième, un circuit en solo de Eitan Maoz et un double bon pour un point de Dominic Laforge ont propulsé les Titans en avant 5-4.  Mais, le Storm a vite répliqué, comptant un point sur un but sur balles et 2 coups sûrs à son tour au bâton à la fin de la cinquième.  L'égalité s'est maintenue jusqu'à la fin de la dixième:  New Hampshire a vite rempli les buts et le releveur Marc-André Fleury, qui a remplacé le partant Sam Lamothe (8 ML, 5 P, 5 PM, 10 CS, 5 BB, 3 K, 1 FA) après 8 manches, a concédé un simple qui a donné une victoire de 6-5 au Storm.

Eitan Maoz (3/4, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 CC, 1 PP, 1 BB, 1 FA) a mené l'attaque de 12 coups sûrs des Titans.  Marc-André Fleury (1 1/3 ML, 1 P, 1 PM, 4 CS, 3 BB, 2 K) a écopé de la défaite. 

dimanche, le 12 juillet:  Brodie Somerville s'est illustré au monticule dans la deuxième partie du tournoi.  Il a lancé un matrch étincellant sans point ni coup sûr pour mener son équipe à une victoire de 2-0 sur Malone.  Les Titans ont marqué à la sixième:  Jimi Audain a soutiré un but sur balles et a subséquemment compté grâce à des déboires défensifs de l'adversaire.  Ils ont ajouté un point d'assurance à la septième à l'aide d'un double de Félix Veilleux suivi d'un simple de Sam Lamothe. 

Dans ce match serré, les Titans n'ont frappé que 3 coups sûrs, mais cette production offensive s'est avérée suffisante pour procurer un gain à leur lanceur droitier.

Le partant des Titans dans leur match contre Ogdensburg, Daniel Thaw, a connu un après-midi difficile.  Il a quitté la partie avec 2 retraits à la troisième manche, tirant de l'arrière 9-1.  Marc-André Fleury a ensuite lancé 4 1/3 manches sans donner de point à l'adversaire.  Mais les Titans se sont montrés peu capables de grouper leurs coups sûrs ensemble et ils se sont inclinés 9-1.  L'offensive de 8 coups sûrs des Titans s'est concentrée en grande partie dans les mains de Jamal Gittens (2/3, 1 2B, 1 P), Sam Lamothe (2/3, 1 2B, 1 PP) et Eitan Maoz (2/3).

Le partant dans la dernière partie à Norfolk, Tyler Durward (7 ML, 2 P, 2 PM, 7 CS, 2 BB, 6 K), a lancé un match complet très solide.  Il a concédé un point à l'opposant, les Brockville Bunnies, au début de la rencontre, mais les Titans ont compté 2 points (sur un simple de Thomas Rodrigues) à la troisième pour prendre une avance de 2-1.  À la manche suivante, ils ont envoyé 11 frappeurs au marbre, profitant de la générosite de leur adversaire pour compter 5 points sur 4 buts sur balles, un frappeur atteint et 2 coups sûrs.  Brockville a marqué un point à la cinquième, mais le gaucher des Titans avait contrôle du match et il a permis à son équipe d'inscrire un gain de 7-2. 

Thomas Rodrigues (3/4, 1 2B, 3 PP) s'est distingué au bâton.  Anthony Marandola (1/3, 1 P, 1 BB, 1 PP) et Félix Veilleux (1/3, 1 P, 1 BB, 1 PP) ont frappé les autres coups sûrs des Titans.

Saturday, July 4th:  The Titans fell behind the host team Anaconda Indians early in their first game in the Monsters on the Mohawk Torunament in Scotia, New York.  Anaconda got off to a quick 7-1 lead after 2 innings and coasted to a 10-2 win.  The Titans had runners on base with less than 2 outs in 5 separate innings, but were only capable of plating single runs in the first and the fifth.  After a rough start, Tyler Durward (6 IP, 10 R, 10 ER, 12 H, 5 BB, 5 K, 1 HB) settled down, but the damage had already been done. 

Eitan Maoz (1/3, 1 BB, 1 RBI) had the only Titans' credited RBI.  Dominic Laforge (1/2, 1 2B, 1 BB) and Sam Lamothe (1/3, 1 2B) both had doubles.  Félix Veilleux (1/4) stole 2 bases.

In their second game at Scotia, the Titans profited from a complete game shut-out by Daniel Kost-Stephenson (7 IP, 0 R, 8 H, 0 BB, 3 K) to defeat the Colchester Cannons 7-0.  They had a big second inning, sending 9 batters to the plate and scoring 5 runs.  Their 8-hit attack was led by Jimi Audain (3/4, 2 RBI) and Dominic Laforge (2/3, 1 R, 1 2B).  Eitan Maoz (0/1, 1 R, 3 BB, 1 RBI) reached base 3 times in this game.

Sunday, July 5th:  The Saratoga Stampede took a 1-0 lead in the first inning of the Titans' third game in the Monster on the Mohawk Tournament.  Then Jimi Audain's 2-run single sparked a 4-run rally in the bottom of the third and the Titans went up in the game 4-1.  But in the top of the next inning, Saratoga came back with 2 runs.  After the Titans failed to score in their turn at bat in the fourth, Saratoga chased starter Sam Lamothe (4 IP, 6 R, 5 ER, 6 H, 2 BB, 3 K, 1 HB) and took a 6-4 lead.  The Titans then showed caracter, sending 9 batters to the plate in the bottom of the fifth and plating 4 runs to go ahead 8-6.  Tyler Durward (3 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 1 BB, 4 K), who had replaced Sam Lamothe after 3 hitters in the fourth, was able to shut down Saratoga over the last 2 innings.  The Titans added an unearned run in the sixth and the game ended with a 9-6 victory. 

Jimi Audain (2/4, 2 R, 2 RBI) and Brodie Somerville (1/4, 1 2B, 2 RBI) whose key 2-run double sparked the fifth inning rally, led the Titans' offense.

Dans leur deuxième partie du tournoi, les Titans ont profité du beau travail de leur partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (7 ML, 0 P, 8 CS, 0 BB, 3 K) qui a blanchi les Colchester Cannons pendant 7 manches pour inscrire un gain de 7-0.  Du côté de l'offensive des Titans, le match s'est joué à la deuxième manche, manche au cours de laquelle les montréalais ont envoyé 9 frappeurs au marbre et marqué 5 points.  Jimi Audain (3/4, 2 PP) et Dominic Laforge (2/3, 1 P, 1 2B) ont mené l'attaque des Titans.  Eitan Maoz s'est rendu sur les buts 3 fois dans cette rencontre.

le 5 juillet:  Dans leur match contre le Saratoga Stampede, les Titans ont concédé un point à leur adversaire au début de la partie, mais ils sont rapidement revenus dans le match:  un simple opportun de 2 points de Jimi Audain a couronné leur poussée de 4 points à la troisième manche.  Saratoga a compté 2 points à son prochain tour au bâton.  Ensuite, tirant de l'arrière 4-3, le Stampede a chassé le partant Sam Lamothe (4 ML, 6 P, 5 PM, 6 CS, 2 BB, 3 K, 1 FA) du match, marquant 3 points à la cinquième manche pour prendre une avance de 6-4.  Les Titans ont vite rebondi, envoyant 9 frappeurs au marbre à la fin de la cinquième pour passer en avant 8-6.  Tyler Durward (3 ML, 0 P, 2 CS, 1 BB, 4 K), qui a remplacé Sam Lamothe après 3 frappeurs à la cinquième manche, a subséquemment blanchi l'adversaire.  Les Titans ont ajouté un point non-mérité à la sixième pour inscrire un gain de 9-6. 

Jimi Audain (2/4, 2 P, 2 PP) et Brodie Somerville (1/4, 1 2B, 2 PP), qui a frappé un double important dans la remontée des Titans à la cinquième manche, ont mené l'attaque de leur équipe.

Les Titans ont bien commencé leur dernier match du tournoi.  Grace à des simples opportuns de Jimi Audain et de Anthony Marandola, ils ont marqué 2 points à la première manche.  Mais leur attaque était subséquemment limitée à 3 simples dispersés et ils ont encaissé un revers de 9-2 aux mains de l'équipe Smith Post.  Le partant Brodie Somerville (7 ML, 9 P, 2 PM, 9 CS, 0 K, 5 BB), parfois chancelant, n'a pas été aidé par une défensive incertaine.  Les 5 coups sûrs des Titans étaient l'oeuvre du début de l'alignement:  Félix Veilleux (1/2, 1 P, 2 BB), Eitan Maoz (2/4, 1 P, 1 BV), Jimi Audain (1/3, 2 BV, 1 PP) et Anthony Marandola (1/3, 1 BV, 1 PP).

Il n'y avait pas d'équipe gagnante dans ce tournoi.  Les 4 équipes ont terminé chacune avec une fiche de 2 victoires, 2 défaites.

June 27th:  When John Cameron scored on a passed ball in the second inning, the Titans took a quick 1-0 lead against GS Big Blue in the first game of the New Hampshire Storm Summer Classic Tournament.  But starter Daniel Kost-Stephenson surrendered a 3-run homerun in the third and Big Blue went ahead 3-1.  The Titans took advantage of 3 errors by their opponent to tie the score in the fifth.  But Big Blue put together a single, a walk and a Titans' error to plate a run in the sixth against reliever Marc-André Fleury and record a 4-3 win. 

Daniel Kost-Stephenson (4 2/3 IP, 3 R, 2 ER, 6 H, 1 BB, 2 K) and Marc-André Fleury (1 1/3 IP, 1 R, 0 ER, 1 H, 1 BB, 2 K) shared pitching duties for the Titans.  John Cameron (1/2, 1 R, 1 SF, 1 RBI) was the only Titan credited with an RBI; Marc-André Fleury (1/3, 1 2B) had their only extra base hit.  Jimi Audain, Anthony Marandola and Daniel Thaw were the only other Titans to get hits in this game. 

In their next game of the tournament, the Titans recorded a decisive 12-1 win against Central Orange Crush.  Titans' pitching was excellent, yielding just 3 hits to its opponent.  Starter and winning pitcher Sam Lamothe (5 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 3 H, 3 BB, 2 K) was followed on the mound by Marc-André Fleury (2 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 0 BB, 2 K) who shut the Orange Crush down over the last 2 innings of the game.

The Titans had a 3-1 lead after 4 innings and then plated 2 more runs in the fifth on Marc-André Fleury's 2-out double.  They later exploded for 7 runs in the top of the seventh to seal the game's outcome.  Both Dominic Laforge and John Cameron had 2-run doubles in this inning.  Laforge (2/4, 1 R, 1 2B, 3 RBI), Cameron (1/3, 1 R, 1 2B, 2 BB, 2 RBI) and Daniel Thaw (2/4, 1 R, 2 RBI) led the Titans' run production.  Jamal Gittens (2/5, 1 R, 1 2B) also had 2 hits in the Montreal team's 11-hit attack.

June 28th:  The Titans supported a solid complete game by Brodie Somerville (7 IP, 4 R, 2 ER, 7 H, 3 BB, 8 K) with a 9-hit attack and defeated Haverhill 6-4 in their third game of the tournament.  They built a solid 5-0 lead over 3 innings, but Haverhill came back with 2 unearned runs in the fourth and 2 runs on 3 hits in the fifth to cut the lead to 1 run.  After Somerville kept Haverhill off the board in the top of the sixth, his team added an insurance run on a 2-out double by Eitan Maoz.  The Titans' starter then shut out Haverhill in the seventh to preserve his victory.

Eitan Maoz (3/4, 1 R, 2 2B, 3 RBI) led the Titans' run production.  Marc-André Fleury (2/4, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 SB, 1 RBI) had the team's only other extra-base hit.  The Titans stole 11 bases in this game, including 3 by Jamal Gittens and Dominic Laforge and 2 by Sam Lamothe.

In the semi-final game, the Titans failed to capitalize on a strong pitching performance by Tyler Durward (7 IP, 4 R, 2 ER, 5 H, 2 BB, 4 K) and lost a tight 4-3 game to the host New Hampshire Storm.

The Storm scored twice in the first inning, taking maximum advantage of a walk and 2 Titans' infield errors.  The Titans' starter had his only difficult inning in the third, surrendering a 2-run homerun and finding himself down in the game 4-0.  But the attack came to life in the fourth and the Titans scored twice on RBI singles by Félix Veilleux and Marc-André Fleury.  They picked up another run in the sixth when Félix Veilleux singled, stole second and scored on Eitan Maoz' single.  Durward finished the game solidly, shutting the opposition down on one hit over the last 4 innings.  But the Titans were unable to mount any offensive threat in their last turn at bat and their hopes of a victory ended.  Félix Veilleux (2/3, 2 R, 2 SB, 1 RBI) and Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 SB, 1 RBI) had 2-hit games and produced a run each.  Marc-André Fleury had the other Titans' RBI.

Le 27 juin:  Dans la première partie du tournoi New Hampshire Storm Summer Classic, John Cameron a marqué à la deuxième manche sur une balle passée pour permettre aux Titans de prendre une avance de 1-0 sur GS Big Blue.  Mais le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (4 2/3 ML, 3 P, 2 PM, 6 CS, 1 BB, 2 K) a accordé un circuit de 3 points à la troisième et Big Blue s'est trouvé avec un avantage de 2 points.  Les Titans ont subséquemment profité de 3 erreurs de leur adversaire à la cinquième manche pour égaliser le match 3-3.  Cependant, Big Blue a répliqué à la sixième, comptant un point sur un simple, un but sur balles et une erreur des Titans.  Le releveur Marc-André Fleury (1 1/3 ML, 1 P, 0 PM, 1 CS, 1 BB, 2 K) a encaissé la défaite.

John Cameron (1/2, 1 P, 1 SAC, 1 PP) était le seul Titan crédité d'un point produit dans ce match.  Marc-André Fleury (1/3, 1 2B) était le seul Titan à frapper un coup de plus d'un but.  Jimi Audain, Anthony Marandola et Daniel Thaw ont également frappé en lieu sûr.

Les Titans, qui menaient 3-1 après 4 manches, ont porté leur avance à 5-1 grâce à un double de 2 points de Marc-André Fleury après 2 retraites à la cinquième.  Des doubles de 2 points de Dominic Laforge et de John Cameron ont ensuite couronné une poussée de 7 points au début de la septième manche, mettant la partie hors de la portée de l'adversaire.  Dominic Laforge (2/4, 1 P, 1 2B, 3 PP), John Cameron (1/3, 1 P, 1 2B, 2 BB, 2 PP) et Daniel Thaw (2/4, 1 P, 2 PP) ont mené l'attaque des Titans.  Jamal Gittens (2/5, 1 P, 1 2B) a également frappé 2 coups sûrs dans cette partie au cours de laquelle les Titans ont mis la balle en lieu sûr 11 fois.

Le 28 juin:  Les Titans ont bien appuyé une performance solide du partant Brodie Somerville (7 ML, 4 P, 2 PM, 7 CS, 3 BB, 8 K) par une attaque de 9 coups sûrs pour vaincre Haverhill 6-4 dans le troisième match du tournoi.  Ils ont bâti une avance de 5-0 au cours des 3 premières manches.  Mais Haverhill a compté 2 points non-mérités à la quatrième et 2 points sur 3 coups sûrs à la cinquième pour réduire leur déficit à un point.  Le partant des Titans a empêché ses opposants de compter au début de la sixième et à leur prochain tour au bâton, ses coéquipiers ont ajouté un point à leur avance.  Le droitier a ensuite blanchi l'adversaire à la septième manche pour préserver la victoire des siens.

Eitan Maoz (3/4, 1 P, 2 2B, 3 PP) s'est illustré au bâton, produisant 3 points à l'aide d'un simple et de 2 doubles.  Marc-André Fleury (2/4, 1 P, 1 2B, 1 BV, 1 PP) a frappé l'autre coup de plus d'un but chez les Titans.  Menée par Jamal Gittens (3 BV), Dominic Laforge (3 BV) et Sam Lamothe (2 BV), l'équipe a volé 11 buts au cours de cette partie.

Rendus en demi-finale, les Titans n'ont pas suffisamment exploité une belle performance du gaucher Tyler Durward (7 ML, 4 P, 2 PM, 5 CS, 2 BB, 4 K) et ils se sont inclinés 4-3 devant l'hôte New Hampshire Storm.

L'adversaire a compté 2 fois à la première manche, tirant l'avantage maximal  d'un but sur balles et de 2 erreurs de l'avant-champ des Titans.  Le partant montréalais n'a connu qu'une manche difficile, accordant un circuit de 2 points à la troisième pour se trouver en déficit de 4 points.  Mais l'attaque des Titans a montré des signes de vie à la quatrième, comptant 2 fois à l'aide des coups sûrs opportuns de Félix Veilleux et de Marc-André Fleury.  Les Titans se sont encore rapprochés de New Hampshire en sixième:  Félix Veilleux a frappé un simple, volé le deuxième but et marqué sur un simple de Eitan Maoz.  Tyler Durward a fermé la porte à l'adversaire à partir de la quatrième manche, ne permettant qu'un seul coup sûr et aucun but sur balles.  Mais les Titans n'étaient pas capable de marquer à leur dernier tour au bâton, mettant fin à l'espoir d'une remontée. 

Félix Veilleux (2/3, 2 P, 2 BV, 1 PP) et Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 BV, 1 PP) ont chacun mis la balle en lieu sûr 2 fois et produit un point.  Marc-André Fleury (1/3) a produit l'autre point des Titans.

June 20th:   The Titans began the Josh Cavalet Memorial Tournament in Philadelphia, New York with a 11-2 win against Fort Schuyler.  The tone of the game was set early:  5 consecutive singles after one out in the first inning gave the team a 3-0 lead.  Neither team scored in the second.  Then, the Titans got runs in each remaining inning.  Starter Marc-André Fleury (7 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 H, 3 BB, 9 K, 1 HBP) only experienced trouble in the sixth, when he loaded the bases on 3 consecutive walks with no outs.  After yielding a run-scoring single, Fleury struck out the next batter and then obtained an inning-ending double play.  He then faced only 3 batters in the seventh, striking out 2 and getting a ground ball to short to end the game.

It was a big offensive day for the Titans.  Their 15-hit attack featured outstanding performances by Sam Lamothe (3/4, 2 R, 2 2B, 3 RBI) and Anthony Marandola (3/4, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 RBI).  Jimi Audain, Thomas Rodrigues and Eitan Maoz each contributed 2 hits.

In the second game of the day, the opponent Sackets Harbor jumped out to a 2-1 lead in the first inning.  Félix Veilleux' 2-run single in the third then put the Titans ahead 3-2.  After plating an unearned run in the fifth, they exploited control problems by Sackets Harbor pitching to score 5 runs in the sixth and take a 9-2 lead.  Titans' starter Daniel Kost-Stephenson then also experienced minor control problems, yielding a run on 3 walks in the sixth.  Finally, Sackets Harbor added 3 runs (on 3 walks, a wild pitch, a single and an infield error) against reliever Daniel Thaw in its last turn at bat. 

Marc-André Fleury (2/4, 1 2B, 2 RBI) and Dominic Laforge (1/2, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 SB, 1 BB, 2 RBI) were the Titans' run producers.  Anthony Marandola (2/3, 1 R) and Jimi Audain (2/4, 1 2B) accounted for their other hits against Fort Schuyler.

Finally, in the tournament's championship game, the Titans were no-hit by Sackets Harbor and lost 5-0.  Although the team drew 6 walks, no Titans' runner got past second base.  Both Sam Lamothe and Jimi Audain walked twice.  Sam Lamothe (7 IP, 5 R, 3 ER, 8 H, 3 BB, 4 K, 2 HB) took the loss.

Le 20 juin:  Les Titans ont bien démarré au tournoi Josh Cavalet Memorial à Philadelphia, New York:  une victoire de 11-2 contre Fort Schuyler.  Ils ont frappé tôt dans le match, prenant une avance de 3-0 grâce à 5 simples consécutifs après un retrait à la première manche.  Ni une équipe ni l'autre a marqué à la deuxième.  Les Titans ont ensuite compté à chacun de leurs tours au bâton.  Le partant Marc-André Fleury (7 ML, 2 P, 2 PM, 4 CS, 3 BB, 9 K, 1 FA) n'a connu des problèmes qu'à la sixième:  il a rempli les buts en accordant des buts sur balles au trois premiers frappeurs de la manche.  Après avoir permis un simple d'un point, Fleury a retiré le prochain frappeur sur des prises et ensuite obtenu une balle à double-jeu pour finir la manche.  Il n'a fait face qu'à trois frappeurs à la septième:  deux retraits sur des prises et un roulant à l'arrêt-court pour terminer le match. 

Les Titans ont connu une journée exceptionnelle au bâton, montant une attaque de 15 coups sûrs.  Il faut surtout souligner les performances de Sam Lamothe (3/4, 2 P, 2 2B, 3 PP) et d'Anthony Marandola (3/4, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 PP).  Jimi Audain, Thomas Rodrigues et Eitan Maoz ont chacun frappé 2 coups sûrs dans cette victoire. 

À la première manche de leur deuxième match de la journée, les Titans ont concédé une avance de 2-1 à leur adversaire Sackets Harbor.  Mais un simple de Félix Veilleux à la troisiéme a fait compter Jimi Audain et Dominic Laforge pour permettre à l'équipe de prendre le devant 3-2.  Après avoir ajouté un point non-mérité à la cinquième, les Titans ont profité de la manque de contrôle des artilleurs de Sackets Harbor pour marquer 5 points à la sixième et ainsi porter le compte à 9-2.  Le partant de l'équipe Daniel Kost-Stephenson a ensuite connu une légère défaillance au monticule, accordant un point sur 3 buts sur balles.  À leur dernier tour au bâton, Sackets Harbor a ajouté 3 points (sur 3 buts sur balles, un mauvais lancer, un simple et une erreur de l'avant-champ) aux dépens du releveur Daniel Thaw, mais le match s'est terminé 9-6. 

Le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (6 ML, 3 P, 2 PM, 5 CS, 5 BB, 7 K) a lancé un match solide pour mériter la victoire.  Félix Veilleux (1/2, 1 P, 1 BB, 1 FA) a produit 4 points pour mener l'offensive montréalaise.  Jimi Audain (2/3, 2 P. 2 BV, 1 BB, 1 PP) était le seul Titan de frapper plus d'un coup sûr dans ce match.  John Cameron (1/4, 1 P, 1 2B) a contribué le seul coup de plus d'un but à l'offensive des Titans.

Le 21 juin:  Dans leur troisième match du tournoi, les Titans se mesuraient encore à Fort Schuyler.  Ils ont profité d'une belle performance de leur partant Tyler Durward (7 ML, 2 P, 0 PM, 3 CS, 3 BB, 11K).  Le gaucher a blanchi l'adversaire jusqu'à la septième manche.  Mais, sa défensive l'a laissé tomber à la fin du match et il a été touché pour 2 points non-mérités.  Il n'avait pas de point compté avant la fin de la cinquième manche.  À leur tour au bâton à la cinquième, les Titans se sont inscrits au tableau à l'aide d'un double de Marc-André Fleury (après 2 retraits) qui a fait compter Dominic Laforge et Daniel Thaw.  Les Titans ont ensuite marqué 3 fois à la sixième, 2 points grâce au double de Dominic Laforge et un point non-mérité.

Marc-André Fleury (2/4, 1 2B, 2 PP) et Dominic Laforge (1/2, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 BV, 1 BB, 2 PP) ont chacun produit 2 points.  Anthony Marandola (2/3, 1 P) et Jimi Audain (2/4, 1 2B) ont obtenu les autres coups sûrs des Titans.

Malheureusement, les Titans n'ont frappé aucun coup sûr dans le match de championnat et ils ont été vaincus 5-0 par Sackets Harbor.  Ils ont soutiré 6 buts sur balles, mais aucun Titans ne s'est rendu plus loin que le deuxième but dans cette partie.  Le partant Sam Lamothe (7 ML, 5 P, 3 PM, 8 CS, 3 BB, 4 K, 2 FA) a encaissé le revers. 

June 13th:  With a 14-hit attack, the Titans got off to a good start in their first game of the Mehan-Turner Memorial Tournament in Plattsburgh, New York.  Starting pitcher Daniel Kost-Stephenson helped his team with a solid complete game.  Malone scored two unearned runs in the first inning, but the Titans came back immediately with a run when Eitan Maoz doubled to drive in Félix Veilleux.  Both teams aded a run in the second and Kost-Stephenson then kept Malone off the board for 2 innings before the Titans broke the game open in the bottom of the fourth by sending 12 batters to the plate and scoring 9 runs on 7 hits.  The game finished 13-6.

Jamal Gittens (2/4, 1 R, 1 BB, 3 RBI), Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 R, 1 2B, 2 RBI), Anthony Marandola (3/4, 3 R, 1 2B, 2 RBI) and Dominic Laforge (3/4, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 SB, 1 RBI) had multiple hit games.  Félix Veilleux (1/3, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 SB, 2BB) drove in 2 runs.  Daniel Kost-Stephenson (7 IP, 6 R, 3 ER, 8 H, 2 BB, 7 K) picked up the win.

In the Titans' second game at the tournament, Sam Lamothe and Tyler Durward combined on a 3-hit shutout to leads their team to a 2-0 victory over the host Clinton County Mariners. 

The Titans scored in the first inning when lead-off hitter Jamal Gittens doubled, advanced on Eitan Maoz' infield out and then scored on Félix Veuilleux' grounder.  In the second inning, starting pitcher Sam Lamothe helped his cause with a 2-out single which scored Marc-André Fleury (who had reached base on a walk and taken second on a passed ball) and accounted for the game's only other run.  The Titans were limited to 5 hits: Gittens' double, Lamothe's single and singles by Maoz, Veilleux and Thomas Rodrigues. 

Starter Sam Lamothe (4 IP, 0 R, 3 H, 4 BB, 4 K) was the winning pitcher.  Tyler Durward (3 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 2 BB, 5 K) provided excellent relief work to preserve the Titans' shutout.

June 14th:  In the third game of the tournament, the Titans got off to a good start, leading the game 6-1 after 2 innings.  Clean-up hitter Eitan Maoz set the tone for the game with a 2-run homerun in the first inning.  Norfolk then put 2 runs on the board against relievers Daniel Thaw and Tyler Durward in the fifth and sixth innings.  But in the bottom of the sixth, the Titans sent 12 batters to the plate and scored 6 runs.  Both Eitan Maoz and Dominic Laforge stroked 2-run doubles in this inning in which Norfolk pitching yielded 5 hits and 4 walks.  Tyler Durward then shutout the Rovers in the seventh and the Titans obtained a 12-5 victory.

Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 HR, 1 BB, 4 RBI), John Cameron (2/3, 1 R, 2 SB, 1 BB, 2 RBI) and Dominic Laforge (1/4, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 SB, 2 RBI) each produced more than one run.  Starter Thomas Rodrigues (4 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 5 H, 2 BB, 1 K) pitched 4 solid innings to pick up the win.  He was relieved by Daniel Thaw (0 IP, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 1 HBP) and Tyler Durward (3 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 3 H, 1 BB, 3 K).

The Titans' winning streak in this tournament came to an end in their last game when they were defeated 8-6 by the Colchester Cannons. 

The game began well for the Titans.  They took a 1-0 lead in the second when Dominic Laforge's single plated Sam Lamothe, who had previously doubled.  They added a run in the fifth when Jamal Gittens scored on Eitan Maoz' single.  Porous left-side defense then permitted Colchester to score 4 unearned runs on only 2 singles in the bottom of that inning and the Titans found themselves behind 4-2.  The left side of the infield again performed poorly and Colchester added another 4 runs in the sixth.  In the top of the seventh, the Titans came back with 4 runs (3 of them on Sam Lamothe's 2-run homerun) but the rally fell short.

Marc-André Fleury (6 IP, 8 R, 0 ER, 4 H, 4 BB, 2 K) was abandoned by his defense and took the loss.  Sam Lamothe (2/3, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 HR, 1 BB, 3 RBI), Dominic Laforge (3/4, 1 2B, 1 RBI) and Félix Veilleux (2/4, 1 R) had multiple hit games.  Anthony Marandola (1/3, 1 R, 1 SB, 1 BB, 1 RBI) and Eitan Maoz (1/4, 1 RBI) produced the Titans' other runs.

Jamal Gittens (2/4, 1 P, 1 BB, 3 PP), Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 P, 1 2B, 2 PP), Anthony Marandola (3/4, 3 P, 1 2B, 2 PP), Dominic Laforge (3/4, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 BV, 1 PP) et Félix Veilleux (1/3, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 BV, 2 BB) ont mené l'attaque des Titans. 

Dans leur deuxième partie du tournoi, les Titans ont profité de l'excellent travail des lanceurs Sam Lamothe et Tyler Durward pour vaincre l'équipe hôte les Clinton County Mariners 2-0.  L'équipe montréalaise a marqué tôt dans le match:  Jamal Gittens a frappé un double, avancé au troisième sur un retrait à l'avant-champ et ensuite compté sur un roulant de Félix Veilleux.  Le seul autre point de la rencontre a été inscrit à la deuxième manche:  Marc-André Fleury  a soutiré un but sur balles, avancé au deuxième sur une balle passée et ensuite croisé le marbre sur un simple opportun de Sam Lamothe.  Félix Veilleux, Thomas Rodrigues et Eitan Maoz ont aussi frappé en lieu sûr dans ce match où les Titans ont été limités à 5 coups sûrs. 

Fort d' une bonne performance, le partant Sam Lamothe (4 ML, 0 P, 3 CS, 4 BB, 4 RAB) a été crédité de la victoire.  Il a été suivi au monticule par Tyler Durward (3 ML, 0 P, 0 CS, 2 BB, 5 RAB) qui a efficacement fermé la porte à l'adversaire pendant trois manches.

le 14 juin:  Un circuit de 2 points de Eitan Maoz à la première manche a donné le ton à la troisième partie du tournoi.  Après deux manches, les Titans avaient pris une avance de 6-1 sur leur adversaire, les Norfolk Rovers.  Mais, Norfolk a inscrit 2 points au tableau à la cinquième et à la sixième manche contre 2 releveurs montréalais et les Titans ont entamé leur tour au bâton à la fin de la sixième avec une mince avance d'un point.  Les Titans ont vite rebondi, envoyant 12 frappeurs au marbre et inscrivant 6 points sur 5 coups sûrs et 4 buts sur balles.  Dans cette manche, Eitan Maoz et Dominic Laforge ont chacun produit 2 points avec des coups de deux buts.  Tyler Durward a ensuite blanchi les Rovers à la septième et les Titans ont inscrit une gain de 12-5. 

Ensemble, Eitan Maoz (2/3, 1 P, 1 2B, 1 CC, 1 BB, 4 PP), John Cameron (2/3, 1 P, 2 BV, 1 BB, 2 PP) et Dominic Laforge (1/4, 1 P, 1 2B, 1 BV, 2 PP) se sont chargés de la production de 8 points.  Le partant Thomas Rodrigues (4 ML, 1 P, 1 PM, 5 CS, 2 BB, 1 RAB) a lancé 4 manches solides pour mériter la victoire.  Daniel Thaw (0 ML, 2 P, 1 PM, 2 BB, 1 FA) et Tyler Durward (3 ML, 2 P, 2 PM, 3 CS, 1 BB, 3 RAB) l'ont succédé au monticule.

La série des victoires des Titans au tournoi Mehan-Turner a pris fin avec une défaite de 8-6 aux mains des Colchester Cannons.  Du côté des montréalais, le match a encore bien commencé.  Ils ont pris une avance de 2-0 grâce à un simple opportun de Dominic Laforge (qui a fait compter Sam Lamothe) après deux retraits.  Ils ont ensuite ajouté un autre point à la cinquième quand un simple de Eitan Maoz a poussé Jamal Gittens au marbre.  Mais, une défensive poreuse du côté gauche du champ intérieur a laissé tomber le partant Marc-André Fleury, permettant à Colchester de marquer 4 points non-mérités sur 2 maigres simples à la cinquième manche.  Le côté gauche de l'avant champ a récidivé à la fin de la sixième et Colchester a encore compté 4 points non-mérités.  À leur tour au bâton à la septième, les Titans ont montré du caractère, marquant 4 points (dont 3 sur le circuit de Sam Lamothe après deux retraits), mais ils n'ont pas été en mesure de ratrapper l'adversaire. 

Marc-André Fleury (6 ML, 8 P, 0 PM, 4 CS, 4 BB, 2 RAB), abandonné par la défensive de son équipe, a encaissé la défaite.  Sam Lamothe (2/3, 2 P, 1 2B, 1 CC, 1 BB, 3 PP), Dominic Laforge (3/4, 1 2B, 1 PP) et Félix Veilleux (2/4, 1 P) ont chacun frappé plus d'un coup sûr.  Anthony Marandola (1/3, 1 P, 1 BV, 1 BB, 1 PP) et Eitan Maoz (1/4, 1 PP) ont produit les autres points des Titans.

June 10th:  The Titans traveled to Colchester, Vermont to play a 9-inning game against the Colchester Cannons.  Four pitchers combined on a 4-hit shutout and the Titans came away with a very satisfying 1-0 win.  The only run of the game was scored in the first inning when lead-off hitter Jamal Gittens singled, advanced on Thomas Rodrigues' single and then crossed the plate on John Cameron's one-out sacrifice fly.  Jamal Gittens (2/4, 1 R), Thomas Rodrigues (1/3, 1 SB, 1 HBP) and Félix Veilleux (1/4) accounted for the entire Titans' offense.

Starter Daniel Kost-Stephenson (3 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 4 BB, 2 K) was credited with the win.  Marc-André Fleury (3 IP, 0 R, 0 H, 2 BB, 1 K) and Brodie Somerville (2 IP, 1 H, 1 K) shut down the Cannons over 5 innings.  Sam Lamothe (1 IP, 0 R, 1 H, 1 BB, 2 K) picked up the save.

le 10 juin:  Le 10 juin, les Titans ont voyagé à Colchester, Vermont pour disputer une partie de neuf manches aux Cannons de Colchester.  Quatre lanceurs montréalais ont combiné leurs efforts pour blanchir l'adversaire et les Titans ont mérité une victoire serrée de 1 à 0.  Le seul point de la rencontre a été marqué au début du match.  Le premier frappeur Jamal Gittens a obtenu un simple.  Un coup sûr du deuxième frappeur Thomas Rodrigues l'a fait avancer et il a subséquemment croisé le marbre sur un ballon sacrifice de John Cameron. 

Le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (3 ML, 0 P, 2 CS, 4 BB, 2 K) a été crédité de la victoire.  Il a été suivi au monticule par Marc-André Fleury (3 ML, 0 P, 0 CS, 2 BB, 1 K) et Brodie Somerville (2 ML, 1 CS, 1 K).  Sam Lamothe (1 ML, 0 P, 1 CS, 1 BB, 2 K) a ensuite lancé une manche pour enregistrer un sauvetage.

Chez les Titans, Jamal Gittens (2/4, 1 P), Thomas Rodrigues (1/3, 1 BV, 1 FA) et Félix Veilleux (1/4) ont frappé en lieu sûr.

Le 11 avril:  La saison 2009 des Titans a débuté le 11 avril par un programme double à Troy, New York.  Ils se mesuraient à l’équipe JV de l’université RPI. 

Du côté des Titans, la partie a bien démarré.  Le troisième frappeur du match, Sam Lamothe, a canonné un circuit de 2 points.  L’équipe a ensuite compté 5 points additionnels pour prendre une avance de 7-0 avant que l’adversaire se présente au bâton.  RPI a marqué 1 point à la première manche et 4 points (dont 3 non-mérités) à la deuxième.  Le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson a ensuite véritablement joué de malchance à la quatrième.  Il n’a permis qu’un seul coup sûr (un simple) et n’a accordé aucun but sur balles, mais une défensive chancelante a laissé l’adversaire compté 4 fois.

RPI a subséquemment porté le compte à 10-7, marquant 1 point à la cinquième manche aux dépens du releveur Benoît Ménard.  À la sixième, les Titans ont réduit le déficit à 1 point grâce aux coups sûrs du frappeur suppléant Anthony Eveillard-Gaona et du voltigeur Félix Veilleux.  Benoît Ménard a ensuite empêché RPI de compter.  À leur dernier tour au bâton, les Titans ont rempli les buts avec 2 retraits, mais la flèche frappée par Anthony Eveillard-Gaona a été attrapée par le voltigeur du champ gauche de RPI pour mettre fin aux espoirs de l’équipe montréalaise.

Félix Veilleux (2/4, 1 BV, 3 PP), Thomas Rodrigues (2/3, 1 P) et Sam Lamothe (1/4, 1 CC, 1 P, 2 PP) ont mené l’attaque des Titans.  Jamal Gittens (0/1, 2 P, 1 BV, 3 BB, 1 PP) s’est rendu sur les buts 3 fois.  Le partant Daniel Kost-Stephenson (4 ML, 9 P, 2 PM, 8 CS, 0 BB, 4 K, 1 FA) a écopé de la défaite.  Benoît Ménard (2 ML, 1 P, 0 PM, 5 CS, 2 BB, 2 K) a terminé le match au monticule. 

Dans la deuxième partie, RPI a compté dans chacune des 4 premières manches pour prendre une avance de 9-0 et ensuite vaguer à une victoire de 12-0.  Les Titans n’ont frappé que 4 coups sûrs (des simples de Jimi Audain, Thomas Rodrigues, Marc-André Fleury et Daniel Thaw) et n’ont placé que 4 coureurs en position de compter.  De plus, chaque joueur de position dans l’alignement partant a été retiré sur des prises une fois dans ce match.
