News 11/19/2007. Hellertown, PA... Experienced Account Executive position, we are seeking candidates with previous sales experience to manage our Directory Listing Sales Division through our LehighValleyBusinesses.com franchise. The candidate should be outgoing, have a proven track record of sales in the Lehigh Valley and a college degree. Duties will include working directly with the Owner , General Manager and Marketing Manager to coordinate Sales efforts of Directory Listings, Coupons and give away Free Outlawz tickets. This is a full-time position with a salary of base plus commission up to $100k. ($72k is expected). We also offer Full benefits, including Life and Health Insurance plus more.
News 11/10/2007. Bethlehem, PA... Intern Openings for Spring 2008 ....The internships are open to qualified applicants currently enrolled in local colleges for 90 day intervals. These internship programs are designed to give students the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in the professional sports industry. We are looking for people who would not only perform well in these capacities but who are passionate about football. The internship requires a great amount of dedication throughout the football season. All college majors are welcomed.
News 7/29/2006. Bethlehem, PA... Head Coaching position, we are seeking candidates with previous NFL or AFL playing experience. Also, the candidate should have a proven track record of coaching. Duties will include working directly with the Owner and General Manager to coordinate rules and modify our playbook adapoted especially for 7 man football. A complete knowledge of GLIFL rules is essential. Other duties will include hiring two assistants and various marketing and public relations activities. This is a full-time year-round position with a salary negotiable to $100k. This position has been filled.

Season Ticket Sales Internship Duties and Responsibilities Sell Lehigh Valley Outlawz season, group and family tickets as outlined in our 'Tickets' section. Organize and implement group night events. Use your creativity to develop and implement new ideas. Attend team and community events for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities. Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Marketing Internship Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with Stabler Arena, TV2Sports, etc.. to ensure all game-day functions are carried through. Establish, sell, manage and service corporate advertising accounts. Customer realtions with all team sponsors. Promote and assist in sales of Advertising opportunities as detailed on the 'Advertising Opportunities' tab. Assist the President, General Manager and other management on various daily tasks, as scheduled.Promotions Internship Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in planning and implementing special marketing events and promotions. Administrative office duties including filing, organizing, data entry and mailing. Develop ideas and implement game-day promotions. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Note - These six internships are available for 90 day intervals. Sales commissions and/or bonuses may be earned and paid to interns based upon productivity. Employment Terms & Conditions

All Employees are hired on a 90-day probationary period.
All Employees become eligible for benefits after 90 days of continuous employment.
All Employees may be eligible for commissions, bonuses and/or stock offers.
Exact terms of each employee's contract are outlined and expressed, in writing, in the signed Employment Agreement. No other warranties, modifications, representations or oral communications shall be binding, unless expressly written and/or modified and initialed, by all parties, in the Employment Agreement.
All football players employed by the Lehigh Valley Outlawz are contracted and hired only for those times and date as specified within the signed Employment Agreement.
All Employees acknowlege that they may be subject to certain imposed deadlines, quotas and/or performance requirements; as listed within the Employment Contract and/or as expressed, in writing, from time to time, as management deems necessary. Failure to meet such mandated requirements may result in loss of anticipated commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements and/or Termination of Employment; at the sole discretion of mamangement.
All Employees agree to and are subject to random drug testing; at the sole discretion of the Lehigh Valley Outlawz management.
The Lehigh Valley Outlawz are an Equal Opprtunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender or race. However, due to liability and image issues; we only hire those best qualified for each position. As such, only males shall be considered for playing positions and only females shall be considered for the Lady Outlawz.
All Employees "clocking in" for more than 40 hours within a given work week, shall be entitled to pay for any additional hours worked, over 40, at 1.5 times the standard pay rate.
The Lehigh Valley Outlawz shall pay for sick days, Holidays and Vacation days as expressed in your Employment agreement. The Outlawz celebrate the following six Holidays (New Years Day, Easter Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and each employee's verified Birthday). However, to be eligible for compensation for these Holidays, each employee must work each and every scheduled work day for the entire week before and week after the corresponding Holidays.
All Employees must adhere to all team conduct and personal presentation policies as outlined in your employee handbook/playbook. If you are uncertain as to these policies, it shall be your responsibility to inquire and educate yourself as to the nature and content of these requirements.
Payroll is processed on the final day of each work week; typically a Saturday. Checks or direct-deposit will then be distributed on the Monday following each completed work week. The Lehigh Valley Outlawz reserve the rights to withhold the first, and/or any subsequent paycheck, from each Employee as security or collateral for team loaned property and/or Employee obligations. Upon Termination of Employment, for any reason, the Lehigh Valley Outlawz will not issue a final check until all items are returned and/or Employee obligations are fulfilled.
