Volunteer Signup
Western Little Leagues simple CAN'T exist without volunteers. With 390 families, we really need every person we can get to keep the league running smoothly.
Official League Volunteers - In order to hold an official position at the league, all board members, managers, coaches and team moms need to have a volunteer form on file, along with a copy of your drivers license. This has to be on file with the league. Western LL then runs a background check on these volunteers so that the parents have the peace of mind knowing that their kids are in trusted hands.
To volunteer, please submit these three items, in person, to a league officer
- Volunteer form (available HERE)
- A copy of your drivers license
- $10 payment - it covers the cost of your background check (you will get a receipt).
Opening Day / Snack Bar / Other volunteers - if you can contribute time, we need help for our big Opening Day ceremony, as well as snack bar assistance and help during other events like tryouts. If you checked off one of the volunteer boxes on the child's league application, we will contact you for help. If you would like to help and don't recall if you mentioned it on the child's application, simply call or email the league.
