At NexGen, the goal of our travel organization is to build a solid foundation so that an athlete can continue to grow as a baseball or softball player on and of the field. Through quality instruction and proper coaching we truely believe that your child will grow in all aspects of the sport. 

Players will be expected to participate as part of a team, with the understanding that all decisions will be made with the TEAM's best interests involved.  Individual growth will be a major part of the teams goal during practices, workouts and games.

While winning is always a goal, teaching and instructing these kids supersedes that at all costs. We want to prepare your son or daughter for the next level of baseball and softball. Whether that may be Middle School, Junior High, Junior Varsity or Varsity Baseball. The next level for your child may just be the next year of travel sports. Whatever it may be we want to help prepare them.
