DATE: Scholarship Application Deadline - 2:30 pm April 19, 2013

Please print the scholarship criteria and application form from the website or you may pick up the form in the counseling office. Complete the application form and submit to Mr. Perry in the counseling office by the deadline date and time. A maximum of 4 boys and 4 girls will be selected by lottery at the May booster club meeting to receive up to a $500 scholarship toward tuition, room and board, or book/fees. Paid receipts from the university will be submitted to the Booster Club for payment of the scholarship. Actual number of scholarships and amounts will be determined by the Club each year with regard to the current treasury balance.
