The commercial rating requires (according to FAR 61.129) a total time of 250 hours.
You must also have flown 100 hours in a powered aircraft, 50 of which must be in airplans
100 hours of PIC
50 hours of XC, 10 of which must be in airplanes
20 hours of training the required areas of operation - 61.127(b)(1)
Fly at least 10 hours in a complex aircraft. We offer a Piper Arrow. (Constant speed / adjustable pitch prop, retractable gear)
You must fly some XC time, one of which must be a long cross country flight which is considered to be a total distance of at least 300 NM with one leg at least 250 NM.
3 hours of check ride preparation.
Finally you must have 5 hours of night training.
