The league needs to maintain a balance of $1000 in the account to avoid a service charge from the bank.
League Publicity – a website administrator needs to be appointed. This will be put in the hands of the new board.
Scheduling: Fall ball coaches game scheduling meeting will be on Tuesday, August 25th at the Manchester Twp Gym beginning at 7:00 pm. Shane Walker and Kathy Jones have been organizing this.
Suggestion made to combine both 10U Minor divisions (A, AA) into one 10U Minor division for fall ball.

Total of 56 teams will be playing in fall ball this season.
Umpire Report: Idea was raised to split the league into USSSA and ASA. This cannot work since the league needs to be fully sanctioned by both otherwise the league officers would not have insurance coverage.
Motion was made to have fall ball covered by both USSSA and ASA organizations. Passed unanimously.
1. ASA will be covering the 12U/14U/16U Major divisions
2. USSSA will be covering the 10U Major/10U/12U/14U Minor divisions.
Motion was made to accept the above and it was passed unanimously by the league.
Rules: 2010 rule change proposals may be accepted thru the Sept and Oct league meetings. They will be voted on during the off-season by the executive board members.
One rule was presented.
1. Next season have the 16U and 18U Major divisions us the new 43 feet pitching distance.
Per Jeff Moose from the USSSA any fall tournaments will be using the current 40 feet distance, but beginning in Jan 2010 all of the USSSA tournaments will be using the 43 feet distance.
Not sure when ASA will be switching to the 43 feet distance.
