2016 Tournament FAQ's
FAQs for 2016 CITY TOURNAMENT
WHEN?: May 31st - June 9th
WHERE?: Vista National Little League will host the City Tournament
WHO PLAYS?: All AAA division teams and Major division teams
WHAT LEAGUES?: Vista National, Vista American, Rancho Buena Vista and Bonsall/Fallbrook Little League participate in the City Tournament.
IS THERE A BRACKET? : Yes, the bracket was created based on the regular season standings. It is a double elimination tournament with a winning and losing bracket. See links for a printout of the bracket and game schedule.
Majors City Tournament Bracket
HOW IS THE CITY TOURNAMENT DIFFERENT THAN TOC TOURNAMENT?: The City Tournament includes all teams in the AAA and Major league divisions. TOC (Tournament of Champions) is a tournament that is between the 1st place teams of AAA and Majors in District 70.
FAQs 2016 T.O.C. (Tournament of Champions)
WHEN: June 11th
WHERE: Oceanside American Little League
WHO PLAYS?: The 1st place team of AAA tournament, and 1st place teams of Major divisions.
WHAT LEAGUES?: District 70 includes 7 leagues:
Vista National Little League, Vista American Little League, Rancho Buena Vista Little League, Bonsall/Fallbrook Little League, Oceanside American Little League, Oceanside Valley Little League and Oceanside National Little League
IS THERE A BRACKET?: Yes, it is a double elimination tournament with a winning and losing bracket.
DO THE WINNERS GO ON AFTER THIS TOURNAMENT?: No, the winners are awarded District 70 Champions and receive a banner to hang at their fields.
DO THE ALL STAR GAMES INTERFERE WITH TOC? No, the All-Star games begin after the TOC is finished. Practices for All-Stars do begin during TOC and sometimes interfere with TOC practices.

WHO PLAYS?: 12/11 U, 11/10 U, 10/9 U
WHAT LEAGUES?: District 70 includes 7 leagues:
Vista National Little League, Vista American Little League, Rancho Buena Vista Little League, Bonsall/Fallbrook Little League, Oceanside American Little League, Oceanside Valley Little League and Oceanside National Little League.
IS THERE A BRACKET?: Yes, it is a double elimination tournament with a winning and losing bracket.

WHEN: July 16th
WHERE: 10/9 U Hosted by District 32 @ Clairemont Hilltoppers Little League, 11/10 U Hosted by District 33 @ San Carlos Little League and 12/11 U Hosted by District 70 @ Vista National Little League
WHO PLAYS?: 12/11 U, 11/10 U, 10/9 U
WHAT LEAGUES?: Section 6 includes the winners from 4 districts: District 70, District 31, District 32, and District 33
IS THERE A BRACKET?: Yes, it is a double elimination tournament with a winning and losing bracket.
