Fair Oaks Soccer Club
Recreation Player Development Program (RPD)
The Recreation Player Development Program has the following goals:
- Identify talented players in the recreation program for ages U-10 and below.
- Develop a pool of potential players for future Select (Division 3) and Competitive (Division 1) teams.
- Offer training opportunities through the regular season and additional training after the season is complete.
Eligible Players
Any player currently playing recreation soccer for Fair Oaks Soccer Club in the U-10 and U-8 Division 4 (Recreation) teams.
Player Nominations
Players will be nominated by current U-10 and U-8 recreational coaches.
Guidelines for player nominations will be developed by the FOSC Select Board.
There will be no limit to the number of players a coach can nominate as long as the players nominated meet Select Board criteria.
Coaches players have automatic nomination to avoid coaches favoritism.
