Football and Cheer Registration For The 2009 Season

You may register by mail following the below instructions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by calling 954-804-5406 or via e-mail at Info@ParklandRangers.com.

Fee Schedule:

Tackle Football: $250.00, Includes practice jersey, practice pants, game pants, game jersey, helmet, chin strap, shoulder pads, 7 piece hip/thigh/knee pad set and mouth piece...All except mouth piece and practice jersey are to be returned at season's end. We encourage all to wear their practice jerseys in the off-season to help promote the program. NOTE: You will be responsible for purchasing your own football cleats/spikes...color should be black.

Cheer: $275.00, Includes game uniform, uniform briefs, uniform socks, practice uniform, practice shoes and game shoes....Game uniform is to be returned at season's end.

Discount Offer: The above fees are for the first participating child. A discount of $25.00 from the above will apply for each additional participating sibling.

Note: Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.


Documents Needed for Registration

Each of the following documents MUST be submitted at time of registration in order for your child to participate in the first practice which will be held Saturday, August 01, 2009. Children ages 5-15 may participate.

1. Completed Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form

2. Completed Pop Warner Physical Form - Page 1 completed by parent, Page 2 MUST be completed by a physician (Please note school forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE...the actual Pop Warner form MUST be completed)

3. Copy of birth certificate (not required for returning participants).

4. Copy of utility bill if you are a Parkland resident as proof of residency (not required for returning participants).

5. Two(2) copies of FINAL report card, both front & back (must have all 3 semesters or 4 quarters. Partial report cards will NOT be accepted. We realize this will not be available until the end of the school year.

6. Wallet size photo of participation child - please do not send large photos as there is only a 2" x 2" space on the form for placement of the photo.

7. Check covering the fee(s) for all participating children. Make checks payable to PARKLAND RANGERS TACKLE FOOTBALL PROGRAM.

You may hand in your documents in person during any of our pre-season registrations (see above for dates, times and places) or you may mail your documents along with your registration fee to:

Practices start Saturday, August 01, 2009.

All games will be played on Saturdays beginning September 05, 2009 with the last regular season game October 24, 2009.
