Pitt County Girls Softball League
Fall Ball Information
***There will be 8 games in 5 weeks. Odd number of teams in age divisions will result in the necessity to play weeknights and/or double headers.
***Please turn in lineups to game announcers atleast 15 minutes before your scheduled game start time. On sheet please only put the girls’ first name and number.
***No forfeits of games allowed! The PCGSL Fall League’s emphasis is on instruction and having fun without the pressure of wins and losses. Scores in age groups 8u – 13u are kept by our scorekeepers and posted on the scoreboards during games but team wins and losses are of no concern. For 6u scoreboards may be turned on but no runs scored, counted, or displayed.
***Game times and dates are subject to change.
Team Snacks
***After game team snacks ( for 8 games) are $16.00 per game. Team Mom is responsible for collecting money from each player and remitting before first game or pay on a game by game basis.
Fall Fundraiser
The fall fundraiser runs from 9-17-09 through 10-24-09. Each player (except out of county participants) are requested to sell 15 of the $5.00 discount cards.
*****Please Note!! These cards are to be treated the same as cash. With this in mind, please know that on or before Sunday 10-24-09 at 6:00 pm all players must remit to their team mom/dad either $75.00 in cash/checks , 15 discount cards, or any combination of both that value $75.00. Failure to account for the $75.00 in either money or cards WILL result in your daughters inability to register to play in PCGSL in the future.
