Those in attendance of the September Athletic Association meeting voted unanimously in favor of requiring all players purchase their uniforms.
All players will purchase their uniforms at cost (approximately $25).
This new policy will alleviate the time spent for the uniform exchange. There always seems to be families who can not make the assigned dates for the exchange resulting in coordinators and executive board members making numerous trips to school for these families.
In addition, our inventory is at a constant decline due to the lack of returning uniforms or those returned on in an unsatisfactory condition. These expenses need to be managed.
Exceptions to the uniform policy:
Training league T Shirts will still be distributed at no cost to the players
How it works:
There will be 2 uniforms for all sports; 2 for girls and 2 for boys. Boys baseball will no longer have the button down jersey.
Numbers will be assigned to each family who participates in sports. The assigned number will be for every sport until the family retires from the association. An additional number will be assigned to those families who have children on the same teams.
Fischer’s Pro-Line Sports will place the numbers on the uniforms after the families purchase them. The price of the uniform includes the number being added. Each family will be responsible for going to Fischer’s and obtaining their number.
