FORMS AND GUIDELINES

Prior to the start of practice on July 27th, all players and cheer are required to turn in their final report card to the scholastics coordinator. This report card must be the final report received for the prior school year that is issued in June. It is mandatory that these reports be turned in prior to any player or cheer be allowed to participate in practice.

If the overall GPA for the player or cheer is below the minimum requirement of 2.0/70%, that individual will be required to fill out a scholastics eligibility report with their school that they are attending in the fall.
