Team Announcer
Brent Curtis

The Vermont Ice Storm is proud to welcome one of the most exciting personalities in Vermont Sports, the voice of Vermont High School basketball, Brent Curtis. Brent will join the Ice Storm family as the Public Address announcer at all Ice Storm home games.

Brent can be heard on Radio Vermont WDEV, WLVB, WCVR, WCFR and CVTsport.net, calling high school football and basketball as well as college basketball and don’t forget Public Address announcer and his radio program at Barre’s Thunder Road. Every Monday morning Brent brings road conditions and traffic reports to 17 radio stations (in Vermont and New Hampshire) in a program entitled “On the Road with the Agency of Transportation”. Tuesday morning’s Brent is a frequent guest on the Early Morning News on WCAX (a CBS affiliate). The On the Road program can be seen across Vermont on Public Access Television, filmed at the ORCA studios in Montpelier.

“Mr. Bada Bing” brings the action to the fans with excitement and fun. From his time as an all state defensive end, in high school, to being a two sport letterman in college Brent has a player and coaching resume that includes football, basketball and track as well as coaching track at U-32 and football at Montpelier high schools.

“Music and personality create the framework around the action on the field and serve to create the total fan experience. The Ice Storm will deliver the excitement and we will highlight every run, pass and tackle.” It is all in place, the team is set, the venue ready and excitement is in the air. Ice Storm Nation is here so let’s play football!
