Marquis is an Oregon based long-term care provider with 26 facilities operated. We provide services to over 1,200 residents in our facilities. Our founder, Phil Fogg, Jr. and his wife Angie, have been active in the Wilsonville community for many years now. All three of their sons graduated from Wilsonville High School. Marquis,along with our sister company Consonus Healthcare, employ close to 4000 people and serve the needs of seniors in several states, including Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada and Montana. One of our facilities is in Wilsonville (Marquis Vintage Suites), of which we enjoy being part of the community.

This will be the main feature of half-time at all home Wilsonville Boys HS lacrosse games and at the college games we are hosting in early February. At each event 3 participants compete at the same time and race each other.

In reality they will be time against the clock and against other athletes in their age group throughout the course of the year, with the winners in each age category presented with awards at the final home game of the season.

Every athlete that participates in the Challenge will get a certificate for a free group training session at TWIST.

Contestants will be chosen via fundraiser raffle and all funds generated will support the Boys HS Lacrosse Team.

The competition consists of four parts:

1. Agility T Drill: 10 yard forward run cone touch, lateral shuffle 5yrds cone touch, lateral shuffle 10 yards cone touch, lateral shuffle 5 yards cone touch, back pedal 10 yards finish.

2. 50yrd MB Chest Throw: participant throws an 8lb medicine ball as hard as they can until they have thrown it 50 yards.

3. 5 hurdle 2 ft lateral jumps: participant jumps down and back 2 x over 5 hurdles for a total of 20 jumps.

4. Lax Shots: participant picks up Lax stick and scoops 5 balls off the turf shooting each one into a Lax goal 10 yards away: 5 sec penalty for each missed shot.
