Player Development -- BLL Goals
The purpose of the BLL Player Development website is to track and share opportunities for individual and team development. In short, we want to encourage Brandywine Little League players to pursue as many opportunities as possible to develop their skills and a passion for the game of baseball. It is our hope that over time we will see a dramatic increase in the fundamental skills of all BLL players. This starts when kids play more baseball—the right way. During the off-season, we will provide information about clinics, camps, travel teams and private lessons that are available to players of all skill levels. We hope to see the quality of in-season play improve across all ages and divisions in our league. Some of the opportunities may seem expensive, especially compared to the cost of a playing a complete season of Little League baseball. We will also pass along as many low-cost or free opportunities as possible.

I'm pleased to announce that Christopher Lord has volunteered to become our league's Player Development & Fall Ball Director. Chris grew up playing baseball in the Camden-Wyoming Little League. If you have program ideas or opportunities for Chris, please contact him (see listing under Board of Directors tab).
