Welcome to Cypress Football & Drill Team Alliance's Football and Drill Team program. This is an exciting opportunity for our young football players to learn the game of football in an environment of true sportsmanship and for our girls to learn the art of drill and cheer. Our goal is to teach the children to have fun and to learn respect for not only for themselves, but also for the other players and participants.
The football club is made up of four teams including Freshman (3rd grade), Sophomore (4th grade), Junior (5th grade), and Senior (6th grade) teams. Each team will have up to 25-30 players and will be coached by a head coach and four assistant coaches. The club will play teams from the Spring, Klein, and Tomball areas.
Cypress Football & Drill Team Alliance is a local non-profit organization run by volunteer parents and dedicated to providing the most positive football/drill experience available to our children. Each football player will be provided equipment by Riddell Sports, including top of the line shoulder pads, and air adjustable helmets (all equipment remains the property of the club). This equipment provides the highest degree of safety for the players. All games are played on Saturdays, are officiated by trained referees, will have security at all games, and an emergency medical technician will always be on the sidelines.
Equally as exciting is the opportunity for our girls to have fun and learn the art of cheerleading and drill. The drill division will be divided into two groups (Juniors & Seniors) and will be coached by experienced drill and cheer instructors. Our girls will have a positive group experience and dazzle everyone at the games with their stunning performances.
