
• EACH MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING HIS TEAM STAFF THE CONCESSION STAND AT LEAST ONCE DURING THE SEASON AND DURING ONE TOURNAMENT. THERE ARE MORE GAME DATES THAN NUMBER OF TEAMS. THEREFORE, SOME TEAMS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 2 REGULAR SEASON GAME NIGHTS. EACH MANAGER WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
• THE CONCESSION STAND WILL NEED TO BE STAFFED WITH 4 ADULTS FROM 5:30 UNTIL CLOSE (END OF LAST GAME).
• CHILDREN UNDER 13 ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CONCESSION STAND. THIS RULE IS FOR THEIR SAFTEY AND WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE PCGSL BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
• A BOARD MEMBER WILL BE ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. THE BOARD MEMBER ON DUTY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COUNTING AND COLLECTING MONEY AT THE END OF THE NIGHT.
• A LIST OF TEAMS THAT HAVE PAID FOR SNACK WILL BE PROVIDED.
• AT THE END OF THE NIGHT RESTOCK ALL ITEMS POSSIBLE, WIPE COUNTERTOPS USING BLEACH WATER PROVIDED, SWEEP, AND REMOVE ALL TRASH. IF ADDITIONAL DRINKS ARE NEEDED TO RESTOCK, PLEASE CHECK IN THE STORAGE BARNS OR CONTACT BO BATTS.
• BEFORE LEAVING THE PARK, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO PATROL THE BLEACHER AND COMMON AREAS FOR TRASH.
