What "U" or age group is my child???
According to NJ Youth Soccer guidelines, player years begin on August 1st and end on July 31st.
It can be a little confusing, so we hope this page helps you understand a bit better.

What does the 'U' mean?
The 'U' stands for 'under'...so, for example:
-U15 usually consists of players that are 14 and some that turn 15 during that year.
-U14 usually consists of players that are 13 and some that turn 14 during that year.
