To ensure the safety and security of all of our youth participants, the WAC has instituted a mandatory volunteer criminal background check, including the National Sex Offender Database, policy for all teams that play in the WAC. Every volunteer who has direct access to the children must pass this mandatory background check, especially Managers, Assistant Coaches, Scorekeepers, or anyone else who is on the field or in the dugout with the players.
The Warren Athletic Club has partnered with IntelliCorp to provide the required background checks at a cost of $3.99 + tax = $4.21 total per volunteer. Partnering with IntelliCorp allows us to provide our local leagues, teams, families, and volunteers with a safe, secure, and comprehensive screening process that will provide immediately available results.
Completing your background check is a fast and easy process:
1. Log on to the WAC Background check website by clicking this link: https://wac.volunteerportal.net
If you have issues logging in after clicking the link above, either cut and paste or manually type in this web address EXACTLY in your top address bar then proceed to step 2:

2. Review text on the Welcome Page, enter the password: warrenac11 and click “I Agree”. Password is all lowercase with no spaces.
3. Enter Personal Information. All fields marked with a “*” are required.
4. Click “Next”
5. Review all information to ensure its accuracy before proceeding.
a. If you need to make any corrections you can click on the “Edit” link or the “Previous” button to return to the Personal Information page.
6. Click “Next”
a. Clicking the "Next" button will send you to a third-party provider to process your billing information. Please be sure to allow popups before clicking "Next".
7. Enter payment information and click “Save”
8. Review payment information and click “Submit” to process.
9. If you wish to receive a copy of your report, there will be a link available on the last page to request your report from IntelliCorp. Please do not ask the Warren Athletic Club for a copy of your report. This is to protect your information.
