Welcome to our new Executive Director, Tom McConkey!
Our club is growing and with that growth a tremendous need was created for a leader who has not only
outstanding organizational & leadership abilities but a keen sense for the business side of soccer club
management which includes running and developing an ever growing soccer club. Qualifications did not
end there. This person must also have a tremendous knowledge of soccer in as it relates to the valley
and our children.
We found this in one person and are excited and pleased to announce that Tom McConkey will serve
as our new Executive Director..Letter to Our Club. We wanted the very best for you and we found it!
Attention: We have our first North Scottsdale Soccer Club, NSSC, Newsletter! This will arrive
shortly. For our upcoming North Scottsdale Summer Soccer Academy and Fall 2007 Soccer Programs
(Soccer Star Recreational and Competitive Programs)we will be accepting registrations and payment
online! Tom has not even been here a month so I have a feeling we'd better hold on for the ride!!!

MMRSC is the POWERHOUSE of Scottsdale! Located in North Scottsdale and serving the youth and soccer communities of Scottsdale, Phoenix and surrounding areas located in Maricopa County.
From it's inception 10 years ago, MMRSC, a Not For Profit 501(c)3 has called North Scottsdale Home. Our Practices, Recreational Games and Competitive Home Games are ALWAYS in OUR community! Our PHILOSOPHY is simple. It's all in the Attitude! MMRSC only provides the very best and there is absolutely no comparison. Our volunteers, coaches, and trainers put 100% into our players. MMRSC, North Scottsdale Soccer League as well as MMRSC Scottsdale Competitive Division are "Skills Based" programs. Programs that teach skills breed success, and success makes for fun, and fun means the players will continue playing!" We will not waiver on this commitment!
Our "Stars" and "Competitive Players" are leaders. MMRSC places emphasis on leadership, teamwork and always promotes good character! These three traits are inherently related.
KUDOS to OUR PARENTS and VOLUNTEERS! MMRSC continually grows stronger because our volunteers and staff "WALK THE TALK!" From my children to yours, this is what it is all about! We do cap our enrollment because at MMRSC - North Scottsdale Soccer League, your child is not a number! That is why it is important to register early.

Winter 07 Recreational Series
Soccer Star Winter 2007 Registration Form is available under Handouts/Registration!
Our Commitment continues to provide Skills Training to Players U7 and Up
which promotes a safer playing field and correct play!
"The Most Well Rounded Recreational Soccer Program in the Area!"
Registration for fall season begins in May (recreational and competitive teams) and continues through Mid-September. Space may be available after Mid-September but please inquire.
Our truly infamous "Soccer Star Program" consists of MMRSC's in-house receational/club teams for ages 3-1/2 to 12. This includes skills training for players/teams U7 and up. Registration ends January 14 for the Winter 07 program. Registration after this date is dependent on available and appropriate team roster space. MMRSC'S POWER HOUSE is also proudly home to MMRSC Scottsdale Competitive Soccer. Our Competitive Division Teams include Premier Level, Competitive Flight 1 and 2 as well as Developmental! The previous season has ended and Valley Youth Soccer League reports that the majority of our 17 competitive teams have taken a 1st or 2nd place position. Way to go! MMRSC Scottsdale Competitive Teams also compete in tournaments. Season varies in length due to tournament and training schedules. MMRSC Scottsdale Competitive teams play VYSL, Valley Youth Soccer League. Competitive Level Teams also participate in tournament play throughout the season.

SUMMER SOCCER CAMP INFORMATION
Join us for Summer Soccer !
Competitive, Developmental and Recreational Levels. A minimum of one session is mandatory for competitive level teams. Please notify club if summer plans will prohibit a competitive player from participating.

MMRSC would like to share some exciting NEWS! Coach George who is the Coach of the Sonoran led his team to the Premier SUASL Championship - That is 1st Place - Way To Go!!! By the way, visit the Sonoran website with link at left and pick out your coaches and trainers .... this is their team!

QUEST FOR GOLD TOURNAMENT
Please join us for our 2006 QUEST FOR GOLD TOURNAMENT!
This year, Quest for Gold will be December 8th,9th and 10th 2006!
This is a MMRSC tournament for age groups U8-U17.
Tournament prices are as follows: U8=$300.00; U9-U10=350.00; U11-U14=$400.00. Please make checks payable to MMRSC.

There will be 1st Place Trophies as well as Medals for 2nd & 3rd placed teams. Our fields are lighted and well maintained.
