It’s time for the big game again!
The SOUTHCOAST HEAT ICE HOCKEY TEAM (New Bedford Police/Fire Hockey) will be playing the HETLAND PANTHERS YOUTH HOCKEY COACHES on February 19, 6-10pm, at Hetland Arena in New Bedford. The Game will be played from 6-8 PM.
The Hetland Learn to play hockey program will play between periods.
Immediately following the game, the coaches, along with the Southcoast Heat team will run a skills competition for the Hetland Association. Prizes will be awarded for fastest skater; stick handler and shootout in all age groups just to name a few.
We have been improving this event every year and I hope we can make this event bigger this year. As you may already know, many of our SouthCoast players volunteer their time as Hetland youth hockey coaches.
Because of your support last year, we were able to raise over $700.00 last year to help defray the cost of operating expenses to the league.
We are once again asking for your support to help make this event a success once again.
Ticket/Donations will be available from all SouthCoast Players and at the door.
There will be Raffle Prizes a 50/50 raffle and a chuck a puck game.
4.00 adults/2.00 kids 7 and up and free to all Hetland players and kids under 7.
