Craig Ryan
Assistant Head Coach / Defensive Coordinator / Strength & Conditioning Coordinator
Coach Ryan is entering his first year at Centennial as the Defensive Coordinator and Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, and 8th season coaching overall. He is coming from Creekview High School in Canton, GA where he served as the Defensive Coordinator. In his one year at Creekview, the Grizzlies won the 6-6A Region Title and finished 12-1.
Before coming to Georgia, Coach Ryan made 2 coaching stops in Tennessee at Walker Valley High School in Cleveland, TN (2012-2017) and Bearden High School in Knoxville, TN (2017-2018). Coach Ryan is most experienced coaching Linebackers, but also has experience coaching Running Backs, Safeties, and has 3 years experience as Special Teams Coordinator.
Ryan is a graduate of East Paulding HS (2008) and Lagrange College (2012), where he played football for 4 years.
Coach Ryan is married to Erica Ryan, and has 2 beautiful daughters, Ann Marie and Olivia.
