Program Overview 17u:

The main focus of the team is developing to become a College Level Player. This is done with intense workouts focusing on skill level improvement and vigorous (speed/strength) activities. We also play a competitive schedule along with 6-7 Tournaments. Having a combination of workouts/games/tournaments is a key to players improving their overall game.
