Battle for a Semi-Professional League Championship in 2008!
The purpose of the Northern California Semi-Pro League is to provide semi-pro/collegiate teams in Northern California with a consistent, formal league structure that will give teams the opportunity to play in more competitive games and potentially a league Championship. Most semi-professional level teams already play 30-70 games a summer with no benefits of league play. This league will cost no more money than teams already spend on their seasons. Teams will pay for their own home games with each team hosting the same amount of home games in the season. The league will also have a playoff and championship series. League standings, player stats etc. will all be recorded on the official league web site at www.leaguelineup.com/norcalsemiproleague. Northern California has been waiting for a league like this for a long time, don't miss your opportunity to be apart of a new wave of semi-pro baseball in Northern California.
The league is in the process of being formed for the 2008 season. Make your schedule more competitive by playing for the league championship in 2008!
