Online Registration
In order to process credit card payments your organization will need to setup a Merchant Account with LeagueLineup.com. There are no monthly or setup fees and this merchant account will provide the following benefits:
- Low processing rates (4.95% + $0.30 per transaction*)
- No setup, monthly or annual fees.
- Daily direct deposit of funds to your checking account.
- Your organization name appears on your registrants credit card statement
Note: There are NO fees charged if you process any online registrations that do not include a payment.
How do I start the application process?
To start the process for the Merchant Account application please complete the Merchant Services Application. In order to expediate this process, please prepare the information required in the following checklist. Any missing information will result in a delay in getting your account approved.- Merchant Services Application - Complete only the 1st page of application.
- ALL Owner/Officer information is required for at least one officer of your organization (including SS#, birthdates, etc.).
- Storefront Address must be one of the Officer's addresses.
- Signatures are NOT required at this stage. We will send you a packet with documents requiring signatures.
- Fax (603.699.8526) or email (sales@leaguelineup.com) the 1st page of application to LeagueLineup.com.
What happens after I send in the first page of the application?
Once we've received the completed 1st page of the application we will e-mail you a completed application for signatures. You will then need to return the signed application plus the following documentation:- Copy of ONE of the following: 501(c)3 filing, Business License, filed stamped articles of incorporation or LLC, tax privilege license or vendor's license.
- Voided check of bank account - funds will be deposited directly to this account. (Note: Organization name on the check MUST be printed (not handwritten) and MUST match the Legal Business name on the application).
- Merchant Profile Analysis - Complete as much information as possible on the form. (Note: Please note that all refunds must be made to the registrants credit card. Do not indicate refunds will be made via checks.)
How long does it take to get approved?
Once we've received all required documentation please allow 2 weeks to get approval for your organization. However, we typically can get accounts approved in a few days after receiving the required documentation. Once your account is approved, we'll setup your LeagueLineup site to enable the credit card processing and notify you via email.
