U11's Win Tournament 2/25/08
The Fort Lee Soccer League's Under 11 Boys team won all of five of their games yesterday at the Teaneck Armory and won their championship game by defeating the Long Island United Soccer Academy 3-0. LIU Academy is currently ranked as the #1 team in the State of New York in this age division by website nationalsoccerranking.com.
U11's "play-up" one division and Win U12 Tournament on Feb 5, 2008 at The Soccer Palace in West Orange, NJ.
U11's advanced to the finals of the annual Red Bulls "Coliseum Cup" with an exciting victory over State Cup Champion Den of Lions. Fort Lee won 3-2 in overtime and won on penalty kicks.
The Under 12 Boys captured the South Brunswick Labor Day Tournament on September 7, 2008 as they were undefeated over a two day period at the event.
The 2008 Fort Lee Soccer League Under 12 Boys Travel Team poses with their awards for finishing in 2nd place in the Northern Counties Soccer Association's Premier Division. In addition, the boys finished undefeated in their division in the highly competitive MAPS (Mid Atlantic Premier Division). The team plays clubs as far as Pennsylvania and Long Island.
