    This year's Gateway Freshman Hockey Team ended the season with a bang! Playing in the Ice Connections Post-Season Tournament, the Freshmen players advanced to the championship game by beating North Allegheny, Pine Richland, Knoch (OT/Shootout)and Deer Lakes. They went on to beat Knoch once again 3-2 in a championship game thriller breaking a 2-2 tie with less than 3 minutes left in the game.
