POWERSQUAD BRINGS HOME MORE HARDWARE WINNING IN TWO TOURNAMENTS OVER THE JULY 19-20 WEEKEND!!
Powersquad has outdone itself bringing in MORE HARDWARE for the 2008 Season!! So far this year, Powersquad has won awards from five of the last 6 tournaments we have entered!!! Can we say that Powersquad is on a ROLL??!! Above, you see the trophy that Powersquad Europe won at the Windsor Tournament!! Isn't it NICE???!!

This is an EXTRAORDINARY feat from a team that puts it's heart and soul into playing softball. We are ALL VERY PROUD of the efforts that are being put forth. We still have a LOT more softball coming up this season, so stay tuned!!





Powersquad Europe are WINNERS at the Windsor Tournament!
Powersquad Has done it again!! Our Powersquad Europe team has come home with some hardware from the Windsor Tournament, winning the Spoon Competition!! Everyone got a medal as well as a pretty nice trophy!!

Powersquad brings home more hardware from the Muscular Dystrophy Benefit Tournament in New York!!
WOW - Powersquad is on a TEAR this year! Powersquad entered a team in the Muscular Dystrophy Benefit Tournament in Rochester, New York and WON the Tournament!!

In the front, starting onthe left:

Louis "L-Train" Tolber (standing), Brie "Focus" Urbonas, Megan "Rhoids" Pask and Jen "Boners" Veltz.

In the Rear, starting from the left:

Kyle "Trauma" Preston, Mary Metzger, Jeanne Mixon, Kyle "Stinky" Goodwin, Christian "Hollywood" Plouffe and Shaun Bayless.

Powersquad is VERY proud of the commitment and the effort given for winning this tournament!! We have been in 6 tournaments this year (so far) and we have brough home hardware from 5 of them!! Powersquad will NOT be denied!!





REPEAT - Powersquad's Women win the 2nd Place Trophy Again at the Christopher Columbus Tournament!!
The Powersquad Women won the 2nd place trophy - AGAIN - at the Christopher Columbus Tournament in Columbus, Ohio!! This is the 2nd trophy in two years!! Above, you see Amy "Clemmens" Collinsand Megan "Rhoids" Pask holding up the HUGE trophy we recieved from the tournament.

These women played their hearts out in withering heat and they did not give up. This is an EXTRAORDINARY feat performed by extraordinary women. We are ALL very proud of their accomplishment!!

You can see Jen and Chelsea holing up the 'V' sign which signifies that this is a REPEAT of the trophy won last year.





We hit the ball pretty hard at the Christopher Columbus Tournament!
Powersquad hits the ball in 2008!! Above, you see Danielle "Dani" Hogan line up and drive the ball for a base hit. In this particular game, the women won, 10-9.





We had some pretty impressive field work as well!
Although it was pretty hot, we had some sparkling fieldwork at the tournament. Above, you see Tricia Schirtzinger make a sparkling play and snag a fly ball in the outfield. Tricia is a great and valued addition to the team for this year.






The sticks were OUT at the Can Am Tournament!!
Powersquad brought out the big guns at the Christopher Columbus Tournament. Here you see, Megan "'Rhoids" Pask get the congratulatory high-fives after she hit a GRAND SLAM in one of the games played.

In this picture, you see Jen "Boner" Veltz, Megan "'Rhoids" Pask, Chelsea "Dolce" Collins and Phyllis "Mom" Tolber after Megan had scored!!

If you want to play with us in 2009...
If this is the team you have been looking to join, but you want to try us out, let us know and we will enroll you in our Rookie Run program, which allows you to make a guest appearance on our team at any one of our tournaments that we will be attending! This is the one and only way where you can 'try it' before you 'buy it'!! There are very limited spaces available for this program, so please contact us as soon as possible. There are limitations to this program, and it is not eligible to anyone who has already played on the PowerSquad team within the last 2 years.

If you want to become a full member, you have to be with us for 1 year in the Rookie Run Program so that we can evaulate you and you and evauate us. We are trying to build a team where we have the ultimate commitment to each other, the team and softball in general.
