Announcing: The First Ever 3 versus 3 Free SUMC Soccer Tournament on January 3 2009 Yes Saturday January 3rd 2009 at 10:00 AM Sun or (snow) we will work off the holiday extra pounds. Teams Pick you team now.  Yes, you select your four best friends to come and play in a 3 vs 3 tournament. (No more than 4 players per team) You come dress to match each other (decorate your own shirt, create name, flag what ever you want)  This is open to any child, friend neighbor regardless if they have played in our league or not. There is no cost for this tournament   Registration by January 1 Please sign up using the online form.   Sign up your team online at www.leaguelinup.com/praybeforeyouplay Ages    We will have four age groups    7 and 8 year olds    9 and 10 year olds    11 and 12 year olds    13 to 15 year olds Field size    We will be playing on small fields.   Game Rules    Each team will play at least 3 games (assuming we have enough sign up)    The top two teams in each age group will play in the championship game.    2 points for a win 1 point for a tie.     Games will be 20 minutes long (Four Five minute periods)    All Games start at 10:00 AM January 3    No Coaches,  No Cost  No Stress  Have Fun Referees       We need adults to help referee (no coaching)       Please email Mike Reis as sumcsoccer@charter.net Concession Stand       We hope to have the concession stand Open to help make some money.  If you can volunteer that day please email.
