Freestyle / Greco Roman Wrestling Season
February 25, 2008 - --
The 2008 Freestyle / Greco Roman season is starting up, and there are several local area teams that offer the opportunity to continue wrestling and try new styles:
- Plateau Pack Wrestling Club: This club starts on 3/11/08 at Eastlake High School in Sammamish, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7PM for grades 1-6, and 7-8PM for grades 7-12. The cost is $50 if you have your USAW card, and $85 if not (you'll get your card by joining).
- Eastside Wrestling Club: Practices are at Newport High School in Bellevue on Tuesdays and Thursdays and start February 26. Elementary school ages practice from 6-7PM, and junior high school and older ages practice from 7:15-9PM. The club cost is $50, and members need to have a current USA Wrestling card, which you can obtain here. Bring a copy of your card to the first practice. For more information, see the EWC site.
- Issaquah Wrestling Club: Issaquah HS practices start on March 8, and run on Mondays and Wednesdays. Jr High school and older ages practice from 6:30-8PM.
