The Rego Park 30 & Over Summer Classic! One of the city's most successful summer leagues, the Rego Park 30 & Over had another summer of exciting basketball in 2008. In addition, the league was featured in the New York Daily News, recognized in Bounce Magazine online and was captured in video highlights by Game Over. Not to mention the expansion of the league's own web site. We are already working on plans for 2009!
Games are played at the World's Fair Playground, in the shadow of Shea Stadium.
To be eligible to play in this league, you must be at least 30 years of age. And there is a 6'4" maximum height restriction.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE LEGENDS/TNP, THE REGO PARK 2008 CHAMPIONS! THE TITLE IS THEIR 5TH IN THE PAST 7 YEARS. ARE THEY READY TO DEFEND THEIR TITLE? WHO IS READY TO CHALLENGE THEM IN 2009? STAY TUNED!
ANNOUNCING THE REGO PARK 3 on 3 TOURNAMENT!
The Rego Park Summer Basketball Classic is pleased to announce the plans to hold a 3 on 3 tournament in conjunction with our annual 30 & Over Classic during the summer of 2009. We plan to have a Men's Open Division as well as a 35 & Over Division. And if possible, a Women's Open Division. WATCH for further details in March!
