In
your throwing hand, grip the ball with the index and middle fingers
and your thumb, leaving a space between the palm of your hand and the
ball. With your glove at chest level, rotate your glove-hand shoulder
toward the target. Bring your arm back and up over your shoulder, and
throw with a snap of your wrist.

the ball the same way every time you throw it, across the wide part
of the seams (the 4 seam grip)."
