2008 Football Registration

Severn Football Regular Registration is continuing through June 30, 2008. Late Registration will begin on July 1st
INHOUSE Tackle Regular Registration (5 year olds) .......$130
Regular Registraton May-June .............. ...$175
Regular registration for the Severn Athletic Club’s youth football program will be from 2-4 pm at the Red Shack at the main football field complex area at Severn Danza Park on May 31st and June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. In-house tackle for 5 year olds ($130.00), and youth football teams from 6-13 years old ($175.00) Price includes fundraiser. Parents bring copies of Birth certificates and players are encouraged to attend.
Fee Structure for 2008 (SAME AS 2007)
INHOUSE Tackle Regular Registration (5 year olds) .......$130

Late Registration forIn House Tackle football for 5 year olds...............$145
This fee includes your registration fee and a non-refundable $50
fundraiser fee. This years fundraiser will be raffle tickets which you
will receive at the time of equipment pick-up. Once you sell those
tickets you keep the money in order to recover your $50.

Web Page and printing out the Registration Form, Player Contract and
release (if release is needed), and the Sports Code of Conduct, filling

Regardless of your form of registration please ensure that
you get an accurate weight for your player and include it on
the space provided on the registration form. Please to not guess or
estimate.

In House Tackle Football for 5 year olds
In house tackle football for 5 year olds. This gives parents an option for their 5 year olds to begin the transition from flag football to competitive tackle football.
Under this new program, players will be equiped with full gear and will learn the skills the big boys do. Since this is an in house program, the strength of the program is dependent upon the number of 5 year olds that participate. It is our hope to be able to field at least two in house teams that will compete against each other on game day. If we can field more than two teams, that will make the in house program even stronger.
This is a pilot program for SAC and we are not aware of any other organization that is offering this type of program for 5 year olds. If you would like to discuss this program with the Commissioner, please contact him at severnsemininolesfootball@hotmail.com

2008 Severn Seminoles Football Program
I can hardly believe that we are about to embark on our 2008 Severn Seminole Football Season. Just seems as though we put out cleats away and were getting ready for the holiday Season.
It is said, that it takes a community to raise a child and I believe that to be very true. Both on and off the field, Our Coaches are engaged in the community and staying involved in our players lives, not because they are football players for SAC, but because they are part of our community and we know the value in developing our most precious resource, our children.
I want to encourage and challenge each Coach, player and parent to be engaged this season, lets make 2008 even more spectacular that 2007. I look foward to serving as your commissioner and will look to each of you, to be a part of the most special family that I have had the pleasure to be associated with, the Severn Seminoles.
